+ -1 moreRick is patient and thorough, and clearly knows exactly what he's doing. He analyzed the problem and got right to work, removing several pieces from the interior of the refrigerator to get at the problem. He then removed, repaired and replaced the broken slide, and replaced all the shelves and drawers, making sure everything worked perfectly as he reinstalled each piece. Rick is very skilled and very professional.
Description of Work: Rick repaired a broken drawer slide on our refrigerator.

+ -1 moreHe quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired both appliances in a little over an hour. He had all the necessary parts and tools, didn't even need to go back to his van. The work was done expertly and professionally, and Rick is an extremely personable and courteous gentleman. Couldn't be more pleased, and the price was very reasonable for the services provided.
Description of Work: Rick came to the house and repaired both a leaking refrigerator and a banging dryer.
