He was too busy to talk to us. He said he was working on commercial projects and didn have time for us and to call around and find someone else to install our already purchased cameras I guess there wasn enough money in the job to warrant his time It's really a shame because we could have stepped up our system to include what he may offer but I doubt we do since we were considered unimportant at the get go As a customer you need to feel important regardless of the dollar amount you spend for services A business like this needs to look at future sales with that customer also word-of-mouth Is good advertisement but.... Oh well. Also, this business only provides a PO box not a physical address but we as a customer has our address our physical address on review. We don't want our physical address shown due to potential retaliation. NOTE: we've been hounded by a telemarketing company who says you get a free security system if you place their sign in your yard. They forward your number to a local security business such as this company. There's nothing really wrong with that but we've said NO A HUNDRED TIMES as well as asking the TMs to delete and remove our number from the system but they've managed to call anyway, again and again even after we've blocked every number they call from. THATS FRUSTRATING AND WANT IT STOPPED BUT THEY KEEP CALLING REPEATEDLY AND WE WANT IT STOPPED!!! PLEASE!!??!! I've had to retype this again and again to correct the many computer glitches Thad get inserted!!! I'm whipped now. DONE?! But never again!!
