Super....no complaints.

Appears to be good quality product and the installers were efficient; however, they failed miserably in vacuuming up glass shards after installation. They failed to use enough drop cloths to protect furniture, especially in replacing the largest window. We are still finding small glass fragments in our carpeting 2 weeks after installation. The post-installation "walk-through" was scheduled for 9:00-10:00 am today. I waited until 10:30 to call and ask what happened to the Andersen representative. The individual who had promised the 9:00-10:00 time frame had failed to notify the manager who was to conduct the walk-through. The representative who arrived around 11:20 was very thorough and very helpful. The installers had failed to correct a manufacturing error which kept one of the windows from opening. He repaired the defect and answered all our questions satisfactorily. He was by far the most professional employee we encountered. I will never do business with this company again under any circumstances. I thought their reputation and the cost of their services (almost $16,000) would mean superior service; I was wrong.

From the initial contact through final installation, the entire crew worked together to get the job done accurately and efficiently. Measurements were taken and rechecked before ordering the materials. The company kept me abreast of the status of the project and when the installation crew, headed by Mike Owen, would arrive and how long it would take. They were on time and had all materials they needed for the project. They were friendly and accommodating and we could not have asked for this project to run any smoother! The windows are BEAUTIFUL, both inside and outside.

Tim Chastain and crew were amazing!! They arrived on time, were able to complete a 2-day install in just 1 day, and were very pleasant and professional!! The master bedroom is now MUCH quieter and warmer!! The windows are beautiful and so easy to clean! The young man, Brian Lindstrom who came to inspect the windows was also very professional and pleasant. The only negative about these windows is the cost! We will have the rest of the windows in our house replaced in the next few years, but chose to do the installation in stages due to price. VERY PLEASED with our new windows!!

I was very pleased with the windows, though not quite like the Andersen N400 Series we put in our other home. They do have a factory feel to them, but I thought they would work well and options were available that matched our old home. But when it came to cost with a 40% off (buy 1 get 1 40% off) it was a jaw dropping 18,000.00 dollars for 8 windows. We did not qualify for the 5 year no finance charge, so unfortunately we would not pay that much. Actually if I qualified for the 5 year I would have bought the Andersen N400 Series again. Their financing options are very good if you qualify for them.

We are very impressed with the complete job. The installation crew was on time ever day and did a super job. All office personnel did great job with scheduling work. Our sale rep( Danny Rowten ) did outstanding job for us. The overall price was a little expensive, but after seeing our windows and the quality, well worth the cost. Wished we had installed Andersen windows sooner. Anderson windows took the look of our house from nice to a million dollar home!

The need was for a replacement of two (2) badly deteriorated divided light wood windows at a high height with restricted access to the attic. The product and service was agreed to as a similar match to the original window and considered to be a maintenance free application. The response time was very good, and the windows are of excellent quality, although pricey. This Company appears to have many layers of responsibility for the completion of a project, not always in complete communication with each other. My impression is that that the owner needs to be an active participant in the process for desired results.

The design consultant was wonderful. The installers were on time! They were very clean and even re-installed my blinds. The team was very nice and people oriented. The windows I invested in are beautiful and wonderfully energy efficient. They really made a difference this past winter. Our phase one was the North wall of the home. Today, we're completing the project (phase II). I'll tell you this... during the winter months it use to be cold in my dining room... not today! My husband and I really love our new windows by Renewal by Andersen.

The salesman was pretty pushy but we were really convinced on the windows, just not the price. However, they did a great job working with us to get a monthly payment we could afford. The installation went quickly and they cleaned up great afterwards. The man supervising the job was a little rude to the other workers but they were all very nice to us. One of the windows looked like it was too short when they started putting it up but they worked their magic on it and if I hadn't seen it during installation I never would have believed that had happened. The windows are sturdy, easy to operate, and look nice both from the street and from inside our home. They have a lifetime guarantee that provides a replacement for any accidental damage to the windows or screens, which is great for a family with small children.

It was very expensive. It was excellent. With regard to price, it's very costly for the quality, but they also are very high quality windows even down to the sound. I have heard typically that they are probably one of the most expensive out there. But once again, we are getting great quality.

We are using Andersen to replace 13 old storm windows in our house. I was able to speak with the general manager himself and have no complaints about the upcoming services. Looking forward to seeing the new windows in place.

They were starting up that business in our area and the installation was a little bit disappointing. They had new people they were trying to train to install windows. They had one person who knew how to install windows, but the others were just learning. My interaction was good, but the inexperience showed pretty clearly. The windows are working out okay. They have probably the most expensive windows on the market.

The windows are gorgeous and my contact person, Mike Stone, was so nice. In fact, he even sent me flowers for Mother's Day, just to say thanks. They came out when they said they were going to and did an excellent job. We had a couple of questions afterward; one had to deal with a mis-measurement. They said they would be back in a couple of days and they were back out. In the future I am going to have them do my doors, too. I thought their price was quite reasonable, especially for the quality. They told us when he came out to sign the contract he told us they would be out in 6 weeks and it was almost 6 weeks to the day. He said they would be here at a certain time and they were here then. I am really satisfied with the timing and everything.

There was some initial confusion on the part of the installer regarding an oversize picture window. This was resolved professionally and expeditiously. The salesman was very personable, knowledgeable, and reasonable. The installers were professional, non-intrusive, and focused. Cleanup was exemplary.

We were pleased with our experience. Our salesperson, Clay Roper, was relaxed and thorough. He looked at several configurations to give us the most for our money. In face, after we signed the contract, he came back a day or two later to say he had found another way to reduce the cost. We were satisfied with the financial details. Installation took a couple of visits. The window was installed and fully weathered in within a couple of hours. Since we chose stained wood molding for the interior side, a trim carpenter came to do that part. His work was satisfactory as well. Our window is beautiful. We look forward to calling Renewal by Anderson when we are ready to replace other windows and doors.

They were excellent. We had a lot of windows, but their price was reasonable. Their product is excellent, they stand behind their product and the installers did an outstanding job.
