Description of Work: The sale Rep was extremely friendly and the services were provide as discussed. Very well please buy the work done and in a timely manner by very professional people. These are expensive windows but well worth the price.

Description of Work: Replaced 11 builder grade windows with high-efficiency replacements. Completely satisfied with their product and installation services. Highly recommend this contractor. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Our home was made in 1978, Anderson Windows placed 5 new windows and 1 glass sliding door with the special edging all around in June 2015. Looks fantastic and keeps both the heat and air conditioning steady so billing remains low. |Two weeks after the new windows had been placed in, a hail storm slightly damaged the new window. I called Anderson Windows and free of charge this window was replaced. No complaints from Anderson, the new window was just immediately done.

Description of Work: Planned a new design for replacing a large dining room window that had a broken seal. Rather than making the new window like the old one, our rep reduced the number of sections to save us money. The interior of the window now has wood facing, so much nicer than the previous bronze-tone metal. Our rep oversaw the process from beginning to end, even making a trip to our home on the date of installation.

Description of Work: They replaced three windows. The service went smoothly. The team was very organized and professional; one person was doing the inside work while two more were working outside. The team leader was training a new person, but that seemed to be ok. | |These are very nice windows. I immediately noticed that the noise level from the street was less. I will be waiting until winter to see whether they perform as expected; if they do, I will consider having more windows replaced. | |My only quibble about the whole experience is something that other reviewers have noticed: the pricing is a complete mystery. The company/representatives are very corporate; this is a mixed blessing.

Description of Work: Decreased sale price of windows shortly after installing ours charging us full price. Complained and manager was sent out to talk with us but no reason as to why you can buy the same window for lots less than we were charged. Called about missing piece of trim and was told they would call back and set appointment to come out and install. No return call and basically showed up with no trim piece. Explained they would be back and would call. No call and we had to call the installer to confirm he was coming back. Piece installed late evening. Workmanship very good. Sales and marketing horrible. Imagine buying a car at full price and then in the coming month you could receive it for half the cost????? Terrible marketing and we will not recommend this company to any of our friends or relatives.
