Routine service - just fine.

Everything went fine. They seem to be honest. I think that they did a good job.

Called to schedule appointment, no one called me back.

Reliance Pest Service came to our house for a one time spray. We had a problem with spiders and we have baby and dogs, so we wanted something safe. The receptionist I talked to on the telephone was very knowledgeable and friendly. She assured me that this pest control spray was safe. I asked her if I needed to move tables, boxes in closets, etc., so the technician could spray, and she said he would move everything that needed moved and put it back when finished. The technician arrived right on time, which is great for business...having to wait on someone to do work is not professional. He was very nice, but talked way too much and didn't focus on doing his job. He didn't move anything, so he missed a lot of the walls where I had thingsaround the house. We have a storage area under our stairs where we find lots of spiders and he did not even spray that area. :( I was caring for a baby and barking dogs, so I didn't hassle him about doing it...I should have asked him. I should have moved everything away from the walls in all of our rooms, so he could've sprayed. The spray kept spiders away for about 4 months, so we were happy about that. Looks like it's time for them to come out again and spray!

Basically, I found little benefit from spraying - firm was professional enough and everything went well but the end result was not very satisfactory. I did not pursue it since I waited quite some time before I was sure that there was very little benefit from the spraying. I have since performed self spray and resolved any problem I have with bugs and pests. My original problem was not a sever one, just a few bugs from time to time, probably coming in from outside.

I have used Reliance Pest Control now for about 5 years. I am happy with their service although I think their prices are a bit high. They are usually very prompt and polite. Occasionally it is difficult to reach someone by phone (you get an answering service sometimes, which I hate!).

They were great. I plan to use them again this summer. They were personable and great at treating the issue. They were punctual.

My experience was neutral. I wouldn't use them again. They just seemed average. I didn't pay more than the "Big Deal" but they tried to upsell me on a maintenance plan.

I'm excited everything was negative. Then they put out chemicals for prevention. This is a year contract. We discussed the next contract for pest control. There was ice on the ground, so I wanted to wait until the ground was thawed to put out chemicals. We haven't connected yet to do this.

Arrived on time. Very nice young. Man. Sprayed baseboards in house as well as garage. Also treated outside around house. As a bonus he treated our free standing shop building.

Shane from Reliance came out and performed a very comprehensive pest control audit. He answered any questions that I had and even got in the crawl space! He then discussed his findings with me and went over my treatment options. He performed the initial treatment service and I signed up for the quarterly service. It was great!

This turned out very good. He came out and did a thorough job. This was my first time using them and it turned out well. They gave me an option to upgrade. This included both inside and out. This did not include termites. I had no issues with the scheduling. They called me to get the appointment set. The technician showed up on time.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The people were nice and they came out on time, but the service is kind of hard to measure. As long as nothing happens I am good. The experience was positive because they were very courteous and quick about doing the job. They are on time to do the quarterly inspections.

Reliance Pest Solutions advertised on Angies List Reliance Pest Solutions advertises: $100 regularly $185 applies to both inside and outside one time service with photo of nasty looking spider next to their offer. However when I called to take their offer I was told the offer only applied to termite control, I am trying to understand what part of pest or inside outside I didn't understand.

The service was very good. They did a consultation with me regarding the existing problems and talked to me about what was going on at my house. They talked about the square footage of my house and did a walk-through of the house. They basically dealt with my housekeeper and she walked them through the rest of the house. Then they did their treatment and they offered me a treatment plan. Which was really good for us because we had just moved into the house about a year-and-half ago. I had scorpions in my house and I wanted to prevent that and so we talked about that. And they were very, very good. And they went ahead and did the treatment that day and I haven't had any issues at all. They were very thorough and they told me exactly why I was having the issue, where they came from, how they get into the house and they were very willing to talk to me about the issues regarding my house and my yard and the control situation. They offered to come back out if it wasn't resolved, but it was. And I just thought they were very good and I was very, very pleased with them.

Came out at the agreed on time, was very courteous, friendly and professional.
