They were professional and they did an excellent job. They did what they promised. They were a day late because of the snow so it wasn't their fault. They cleaned everything up and took it away. It was wonderful. I thought the price was pretty good. I would recommend them. As a matter of fact I got their name from Angie's List.

The sales guys at the store were very accommodating. On a previous order we had to delay installation about month. The carpet had to sit in their warehouse for a while. They had no problem and were glad to reschedule.

They were awesome. Very nice group of gentlemen. Very accomidating to my schedule. Came out to the house and measured all the rooms. He really listened to what I wanted and then provided suggestions based upon what I liked, what the best product would be for the job, what would compliment what I already had in the home and provided a fair and reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone.

There was no work done. They were very helpful in trying to help me find someone who could come out ASAP.

They had a little problem with measuring the floorboard but they took care of that. They had to tear out tile that was on the floor and they kept the house pretty clean doing it. The price was good. The only problem was that they didn't measure correctly but that all worked out.

They were very helpful in selecting the tile. The installation went well. They cleaned up very well after installation and gave instructions on how to maintain.

Kevin and the staff at Red River Carpet and Tile were exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional during our floor purchasing experience. Kevin came out promptly to the house to measure when we contacted him. All the staff in the store were very helpful and patient as we narrowed down our selections over several months. The flooring selection and prices are good. We were able to take sample boards home for consideration and Kevin ordered large carpet samples from the supplier to aid with our color selection. The wood floor installers and the carpet installers were professional, efficient, and did a great job. They took up our old flooring/ carpet and hauled it away, they cleaned up after themselves and they made sure we were satisfied. Red River Carpet and Tile was recommended to us by a contractor that uses them in the houses he builds and we are glad we could support a local business. We are enjoying our new floors and are very pleased that we used Red River Carpet and Tile.

They were very professional. They were also competitive, price-wise. These folks were not the cheapest, but they were good and came with the recommendation of an interior decorator that we use.
