It went quite well. They were very quick and were done in about 2 hours. He is very experienced. He recommended if other things needed to be fixed. He was on time and called me before coming. He is very professional and there were no surprise add on costs. He is friendly. I recommend him and I would use him again.

He was on time, very courteous and professional. When I had questions, he answered them. He explained why certain code upgrades had to be done that weren't there before. We would definitely use him again for our plumbing needs.

They replaced my heater the day after I called and explained everything very well. They called 30 minutes in advance. They had to do some code upgrades required by the city but they explained it well to me. Cleaned up and were very professional.

They did not call to let me know they were not coming out on Tuesday for a scheduled appointment so I had to reschedule for today. They were supposed to come out between 8am-Noon today and they were not showing up so I called them around 10am to confirm and they explained they would be out between 10am-11am. I called them at 10:30am asking where they were and they said they would have the plumber call me directly. He called and said he had until between 8am-Noon and he would be there in that time frame but they never called to confirm and then he hung up on me so I called the owner and cancelled the appointment and stated they did not need to come out any longer.

They did a wonderful job and the technicians so polite. They were very professional and even showed up a little early!

I called Crossett for an estimate for the work that needed to be done. John and Devin showed up promptly about an hour (as sheduled) later and looked at the project. A previous provider had suggest that the line be run from the utility room up over the kitchen celiling and down the wall to provide water to the refrigerator.John and Devin looked at my project and allowed as how the best way was to run the line under the house by using access to the crawl space thru a closet floor cutout. After giving me the choice of a bid or an estimate, we agreed on the price. They started the project immediately. They worked efficiently and professionally as a team and completed the line installation within in about an hour, which included cleaning up what little mess they caused. I would definitely recomment Crossett Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done..
