Although they arived later than planned they fin ished the work farely quickly. everything looks fantastic and very professional. one of the new guys did spill glue on my washing machine but they were at least nice enough to offer a small discount to compensate.

John was so good to work with and professional from start to finish. Rapid Water Heaters has the same brand of Hot Water Heaters as the larger companies and charges 40% less for their services to install. Another reason to work with privately held small businesses as opposed to the guys you see advertising on TV all the time. You will be pleased with the quality, service, and price !!! BH Norman, OK

They are quick to respond and would have worked overtime to install a water heater that day. They have them on the truck, ready to install. We got an estimate and thought about it for a while and then decided on a Navien Tankless heater. They are certified installers. Devin, the installer, worked quickly and was pleasant and very tolerant of my questions. Good Guy! We are Very Satisified and have endless hot water!

Everyone I dealt with at Rapid Water Heaters was courteous and professional. The only hiccup was that they failed to inform me until about halfway through the installation, that 110VAC was required, instead of the 220VAC that the old water heater used. necessitating the use of an extension cord until I could get an electrician on site.
