They were courteous and proficient. They were $100 dollars less than the prior bid for the same service. I offered to pay in cash and the accepted another 50 dollars less than the original bid price.

These guys really know what they are doing and take good care of you. Our old water heater wasn't in code for the codes back in 2007! So this install had challenges and made it a bit pricey, hence the 4.5. We feel comfortable now that we have a safe water heater with this installation. We WILL recommend them to everyone!! Talked with John and they scheduled my work. When they were delayed in getting to me, they called to inform me they were running late which I appreciated . They had the new tank with them when they arrived. They reviewed the work required and since my old tank had been in place several years there were a number of code upgrades needed. I had anticipated this and they did a good job of explaining and describing the needed upgrades. After reviewing the site they provided me with an estimate and I signed off on it, giving them the OK to proceed. Once they went to work I could tell that they were dealing with some issues with upgrades to the ventilation system since the water tank was located close to my heating unit and shared the same vent system. They were relentless working on the project and even had 2 of their staff stop by to assist when they came off a nearby job. When the work was completed, they cleaned up the work area and hauled off the old tank, you couldn't tell they had even been there. The bill they gave me was for the same amount I had agreed to even though they spent a lot more time than I would think they anticipated plus they had extra help. The estimate they gave me appeared to be a job completed figure and had no hourly rates shown. I like that type of work because I feel it shows they will do whatever it takes to do your job in a timely manner. I know that time is money for them and they didn't waste any while they worked on my project. These guys are Top Shelf in my book and I will use them again for any plumbing needs I have. The were neat and professional, wore uniforms and had great communication skills. In my opinion they are some young guys going about their business the right way.

I appreciate they took the time to find out if the parts were covered under warranty. They were. That saved $$. They were a little late in arriving but their work was efficient. The exhaust pipe needed to be reattached after the job was finished and it was done better than originally. I will call them again for plumbing needs.

Avoid the chain companies; hire these guys. Seriously. Unbelievably prompt and responsive, they were cool and understanding while working on an old out-of-code property. I needed a gas water heater replaced in the worst place you could have one: in a cabinet above the washing machine, half-way in the attic. But these guys are sharp problem-solvers (strong, too!) and got it done in a few hours, even though I also needed several auxiliary parts installed to code conformity. I was impressed and asked for several business cards to give to friends. Top-notch courteous service.

One word.......Fantastic!!!!!! Arrived when they said they would and had the correct equipment on their truck. The installation was completed in under an hour and at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great service and customer relations. If I ever need a plumber in the future, this company will always be my first call. Brilliant!!!

Refreshing after waiting a month on another plumber who never made himself available. Very pleasant crew who made the changes needed to complete job to satisfaction. Great company to work with.

They arrived on time, were extremely courteous and professional. They replaced two kitchen faucets and also repaired a malfunctioning toiled in less than an hour and a half. Billing was extremely reasonable.

Great experience. Ran new hot and cold lines in the front part of our house and replaced two faucets. I would definitely recommend and we will use them again. We had a few other bids and they had the best pricing and was able to complete the job in one day, when two of the others said it would take two days.

Replaced main water entrance valve, shower mixing valve, and water heater. Installed descaling system. Responded quickly, worked late in the evening to finish the job. Dealt with all surprises well. Overall, job well done in a timely fashion.

Rock star John was awesome! i called 4 other companies all were higher! 1550 to 1200 john said he would do it for $850 and he did it at 8pm blows the competition away!!!!! do not even bother calling anyone else for a hot water tank. John is a young business owner that knows what he is doing and he impressed me as an owner of a roofing company. I would higher this guy in a heartbeat to do any job for me . I will use him again on future projects. very personable great family and honest work ethic, very reasonable on pricing compared to anyone else

John answered and arrived at my home within the hour. He replaced the water heater quick and clean. Friendly guy talked about off the topic items. Best of all it's done and VERY reasonable.
