Good customer service. I found a leaky water heater on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. John agreed to come out on Saturday to replace it, and he didn't charge me a premium for the weekend. I didn't get any other quotes, but I did NOT find his prices to be excessive. John was a little late, but he returned my call promptly and completed his work quickly and neatly once he arrived. He cleaned up after he was done, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this company.
