My water heater needed repaired on a Friday afternoon. I located them thru Home Advisor and placed a request about 1 pm. They called me within 15 minutes, and was at my home within an hour. A simple repair (for them) - took about 15 minutes and my water heater was working again. John was very pleasant and professional, and took the time to explain everything to me, which I appreciated. I will certainly give them an A+ for my repair and plan on calling them again when the need arises.

Called right away and scheduled appointment. Was on time. Had to order part from out of state but offered new tank install at a price worth going ahead and replacing entire tank rather than just one part. Professional and fast. Would highly recommend.

John was extremely professional and really knows his business. He keeps scheduled appointment times and you don't even know the repairs have taken place because the area is clean and orderly after completion, which unfortunately is rare these days. My hot water tank area had several previous DIY jobs that made the work complicated and potentially expensive. John came up with creative options that met code requirements and was able to work within my budget. Once the bid process was completed, the job was done within a few hours. I would highly recommend this local businessman for your hot water tank needs. You will not be disappointed!

Very nice young man (the owner) took my call, scheduled for estimate on Monday after the weekend, showed up ahead of time , gave me a quote for the job, and had all of the parts needed and the water heater on his truck. I hired him. In and out in 1.5 hours. Very pleased.
