I recently purchased a home that had drainage issues on one side of the house. Rain Tamers installed a French drain plus conventional drains to move the water away from the house. Dustin provided expert advice on configuration of the new drain system. Installers came on the scheduled day and were very professional. The project required a lot of manual digging. The men kept the area clean and put the dirt back neatly when finished. Two rainstorms have come through since the project was finished. Water was pooling in one area and Dustin was very responsive, sending a workman out to add another drain. I appreciate the prompt service.

Rain Tamer came out initially and listened – that's always a good sign! Dustin then suggested a solution based on our needs, and when it came time to install, they performed the work exactly as planned, with much attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the outcome, and will definitely recommend Rain Tamer in the future, and hire them for the next drainage project that we need. His crew was extremely respectful and punctual, and we couldn't be happier.

His prices are reasonable. He is diligent. He handled the problems immediately when an employee walked off in the middle of a job and left a huge mess. (Problems happen. It is how you deal with it that counts!) He jumped in and stayed on it until I was satisfied! I highly recommend him and will use him again.

We asked Rain Tamer to install sure profile gutters and downspouts using metal to match out metal roof. Rain Tamer had the materials fabricated with the same finish as the roof and did the installation. We initially met with Dustin to get an estimate. He was promo in responding to our initial contact and clear and professional in assessing our situation and providing both advice on how to proceed and an estimate. It was our only estimate because we felt it was very reasonable. The installation followed about two weeks later. The installers were hard working, pleasant and professional. It was freezing cold but they were out there working hard all day long. The quality of work was very nice. We had one small problem because I changed my mind about one feature half way through the job. Dustin handles this really nicely (it must have been annoying) and figured out a way to solve my problem without adding great expense. Overall, a great professional job. I highly recommend this company.

We recently bought a house that was around 10 years old. The house did not come with gutters, so we took gutter install quotes from 3 different companies. Not only did Rain Tamer come in with the best quote, but was not pushy, and very easy to communicate with. Dustin took time to call me after he came out to look at the house, and asked me some questions about what exactly I was looking for. When we agreed to have the work done, he sent out a crew within a week, and they had the work done within a few hours. The gutters look great, they match the paint on the house spot on, and are mounted clean and neat. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

It went well. We had gutters installed all around our house and had drainage installed to get the water away from the house. They came out a couple of times to make sure they were doing what we wanted and then did the work. They had to come back a couple of times to finish the work where they did not have enough supplies with them initially. Overall, the work was done well and good professionalism.

Dustin came out to provide a free estimate. We were interested in different options, so he sent 3 different quotes by email. We did a mix and match of the estimates to create the perfect situation for us. We asked Dustin to come back out to make sure what we wanted was the best for our house and to bring a sample of the gutter color we chose. They came out one week and did the tear off to allow us to do any repairs and painting from where the old guttering was removed before coming back the next week for the installation. The tear off was nice and clean and done during the day while we were at work and no evidence of anyone being there was noticed except for our gutters being gone. We are putting rain barrels at every downspout, but did not have all of them purchased at the time of instillation. The installation was started at the time stated, I showed them where each of the rain barrels were to be placed so the down spouts could end at the proper height, and it was finished by the time I came home for lunch. The guttering we picked is a special order and they ran out of material for all of the down spout finishes so a couple temporary were put on in a slightly different color. This turned out to b a good thing since that gave us time to evaluate the number of downspout and we decided we wanted another one, and they were able to order more product at the same time. The new parts came in and were installed and we absolutely love the guttering. We have had a couple good rains since the initial installation and they work and look great.

Both projects were done as promised. I had received another bid on copper gutters and it was considerably higher. Dustin gave a fair price, showed when he said he would and cleaned up extremely well. Both jobs look great! I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. In my experience, this is rare. I am pleased with the work they did, and found them to be professional, courteous, and responsive to my scheduling needs.

Dustin was prompt and conscientious. His price was competitive. He put up sample colors so I could choose the best one that worked with the brick and paint color. His crew knew what to do and my yard was picked up and clean of debris. I would use them again.

They arrived promptly at 10 am and started right away. My husband left to do errands and they were gone when he returned about 3 hours later. Everything was cleaned up and looks really good.
