+ -1 moreTheir service guy called Jim has been wonderful. They are very cost effective and I've never had a problem with them getting it wrong, they always get it right on the first try. When I call them, they respond immediately. Last time my air conditioner froze and he came out and showed me how to defrost it and he didn't charge me anything at all. Because they are so good and trustworthy, I have referred them to many of my friends.
Description of Work: I have used R & R Heating & Cooling for about five to six years and they usually work on my heating system.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. The technician called me first and setup a time and was right on time. He was professional, worked quickly, corrected the issue and gave me good advice about how to keep the unit in good operating order in the future. I will definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: My outside unit refused to start. We're in the middle of a heat wave and I contacted numerous heat and air companies. This company was the only one to respond. The technician (Jim) showed up and diagnosed my problem as a failed capacitor, replaced the part AND took the cover off and completely cleaned out the unit.

+ -1 moreHe has been servicing my home and my two rental homes for over 10 years. He is extremely professional and honest. He is reliable and cost efficient. He and his wife are both amazing and friendly they are a home run. I totally trust them. If I was gone I would trust them to come in a do what ever.
Description of Work: He has been putting heating and air in my three homes for many years and he does regular annual checks.
