Michael was prompt (or Punctual) and went right to work. He completed the job in about an hour or so and had all the necessary connection and new shutoffs in his truck. He was pleasant and cordial. He cleaned up after the job and left everything spotless. Can't say enough good things about him. I had used him when I lived in Oklahoma City and was concerned that he wouldn't come to Norman but he did and will continue to be my favorite plumber!

Outside faucet was leaking and making a big mud puddle outside the front door.
Punctual Plumbing was the third or fourth plumber I called. Left messages for the others but they never even called back or said they didn't do work in our rural area. Punctual Plumbing (Michael) actually answered the phone and said he'd be out the next morning. At approximately 9:30 the next morning he called and said he was on his way.
Michael was prompt, courteous, and patient with our old house plumbing. He put the new faucet in and it works wonderfully. Who knew you could get so excited over a new outside faucet?!
We will not hesitate to use Punctual Plumbing again.
