Description of Work: Installed new shower valve, drain and fixtures. Also checked on a leaky faucet in laundry room.

Description of Work: The sewer was stopped up and I called Professional Plumbers out to check it out they said a line was bad from the patio out 5ft.into the yard. Said it had roots and needed to be replaced .. I still have the paper work. They laid the line on 12/20/2011 and charged me $675.00. next day the sewer was still stopped up again. they came out and unstopped it, didn't charge me anything. Then on 2/23/12 The sewer was stopped up again doing the same thing as before. They came out and unstopped it and charged me $80.00. So I had a few plumbing Co. to come out and look and they all said the problem was under the Patio and I took estimates to have a new sewer line laid. The Professional Plumbing Co .had told me I had roots under the house. I have that in writing. They knew the line was crushed under the patio. When the Patio was taken up over the sewer line the Tech. said the new 5ft of new sewer line that Professional Plumbers had laid was attached to an old crushed line. They knew our problem would not be resolved, but went right ahead and laid that line so they could get the money. . We now have a new sewer line laid by another companyand it is working great.
