+ -1 moreThey never offered to fix our sewer problem we are stuck with the same sewer problem as we had before they came. We just lost $835.00. We are elderly and live on SS alone.
Description of Work: We called them out to unstop sewer line on 07-25-11 they left an estimate to lay new 5' ft of line with 2 way clean out led us to believe we had roots in that 5' section of line. charged us $675.00 to lay the line laid on 12/20/2011. Then we had to call them back to unstop the sewer again on 02-23-11 . They came out and now said we had roots in about 4' under our patio. charged us $80.00 to unstop it. They never offered to fix it and would not call us or anything. They did unnecessary work and we still have the same plumbing problem as before we called them.

+ -1 moreShortly after the repairman left, I checked the lavatory and the popup assembly fell apart under the sink. The lavatory drain was still leaking and backing up into the tub. On the second trip to repair the lavatory popup and clear the drain, the repairman broke the toilet in the master bath when he ran the snake into it.
Description of Work: The original call was to open a slow tub and lavatory drain and replace a lavatory popup assembly. Drains were "snaked"; could not open tub drain. Popup assembly was replaced.
