The products I bought here (Italian Cypress) were healthy and good quality. But...they died the first winter. When I called about it, the manager said he generally doesn't recommend these trees because they're not reliably cold-hardy in Oklahoma. SO WHY DO THEY SELL THEM?! Turns out, there are great alternatives (like Taylor Junipers) suited to our climate. Went to another nursery where they gave me professional advice and purchased suitable replacement trees. For the prices Precure charges, I would expect professionalism and that the plants sold are good candidates for growing in our local conditions. Was very disappointed and lost my investment.

They were very knowledgeable about helping us select a good tree, the guys that came and installed it did a good job the way we expected it and it is doing great. I thought it was a little expensive for the installation and it took 4 guys to do it. They were many.
Description of Work: We bought a tree from Precure Nursery and Garden center and they came out and installed it.

Purchased a beautiful, full Scaevola hybrid hanging plant.. Purchase made 4/26/12. Brought plant home and hung on plant stand as it required full sun exposure. Plant description identified this plant as being heat and drought tolerant with easy care. Enjoyed plant for a few days, taking care to water as necessary. We actually had two days that it rained over the weekend (getting close to 2 inches rain over both days). Purchased the plant on a Thursday (4/26/12) and went out of town the next Tuesday (5/1/12) at noon. Returned 2 days later (Thursday) around 3pm. Plant was appropriately watered (as were all my plants) prior to my leaving town. It was flourishing when I left town. Thursday afternoon when I returned, I went out to check my gardens and this plant was dead - all dried up. I was really blown away because I was gone for such a short time (48 hours) and the plant was healthy when I left. If the tag had not identified the plant as heat tolerant and drought tolerant, I would have asked my neighbor to water it. Nothing else in my garden died. I called the nursery where I purchased the plant. Initially put on hold, then transferred to someone who couldn't help me, put on hold again. Waited, then hung up and called back. Was put on hold again, then about 2 minutes later a man named "Don" got on the phone. Don answered the phone with a tone that told me he didn't care. I explained what happened and that I would like to return the plant. He wasn't agreeable to anything. His answer was no. Period. So Precure Nursery is not willing to stand behind their products. It was only $15. It would not have hurt them to get me a different plant. Instead, his attitude was very negative - not customer friendly. I ended the call telling him I was unhappy that a heat tolerant and drought tolerant plant would die in two days and they wouldn't stand behind their product. So I told him I would not be returning as a customer again and that I would make sure to tell anyone I know about my experience with their product and their lack of customer service. Really disappointing.

Precure Nursery & Garden Center did not communicate very well with me. They said they would be out the next and did not come out till the day after. Sometimes it would take 3 or 4 days to get back to work. It just took forever to get it done.
Description of Work: I used Precure Nursery & Garden Center for a landscaping project. They came out to put in a retaining wall for me.
