PLUGGE'S UPHOLSTERY & FURN

We provided them with the fabric for the reupholstery. I made sure to buy more than enough. When we picked up the chair they gave us the remaining fabric which was more than expected. Once we got home we took a seat in the chair and noticed that the the fabric was cut too short and when you sit down you can see the stuffing around the edge of the chair where it was tucked into the armrest. The chair looks great unless you want to sit in it. We will NEVER be back to this business. Also, this place is lacking professionalism. They seemed put off when I would ask them questions. When I dropped the chair off I was told it would be about a week. When I called back a week later I was told it would be about another week. I called back a week later and they said they were working on it. It was ready a few days later. I had to describe the furniture to them over the phone because giving them my name wasn't enough information for them. This location is no longer open and their location is on West Main Street, west of downtown OKC.

It was pretty disorganized. It was dirty. When I was going to pick up my stuff I saw a dead mouse. The parking is horrible. The work that they did was good and the cost was appropriate.
