Seemed like good guys. They could not make original date, but called. Completed project next day. I believe they did a great job. I guess time will tell. Disappointed in cleanup. One piece of thin, white plastic strip floating in pool. A couple of old screws left on deck. A couple of pieces of liner not picked up. Information on liner found in sealed plastic and laying in flower bed. Quitting time perhaps interfered with cleanup on Friday afternoon? Hope white plastic piece not important.

I didn't have any problems with this company. They were able to give me a quote over the phone, made & kept their appts in a timely manner. Only one (of two) spoke fluent English but he was able to translate everything so that we were understood. I will call this company again when I need help with my pool.

They could have done more to help and I would have felt price was right. When they got here they were not happy about having to back track to our location,which we had nothing to do with it was there scheduler.Pous they were supposed to be there by 10 am then about 3 pm they showed up. A simple phone call saying they would be that late would have been nice and I couldn't get A hold of anyone in there offices. But all in all the work they did was great.

I keep getting charged for over priced work I’ve already paid for.

Well, they sent out a subcontractor, Pleasant Pools didn't come out. The subcontractor was awesome though.

I did not go through HomeAdvisor to hire this company although I thought they were a reputable company that would do a good job Unfortunately they were the exact opposite, I hired them to put a new liner in my in-ground pool. not only did they not measure my pool properly but they did not use the proper equipment to lock in the liner so therefore my pool had wrinkles from day one. when I would call them and ask for help with my pool they told me the wrinkles would work themselves out. I repeatedly called them for 2 years asking for help with my pool until the pool pretty much fell apart from the scenes and came undone from the wall. I had paid them over $3,000 for a job they did not guarantee and left me stranded with a broken pool. I would never recommend Pleasant pools not even to my worst enemy..... their customer service was horrible and they were always rude to me concerning my problem, the only way I could get them back to my house to fix they're bad install was to pay them thousands of more money. they are truly a company that is entirely out for the money and not for the customer... I tried repeatedly for two years for them to make right on their install and they truly did not care about my misery of unsatisfied results.... please take my warning and do not hire them as you will not be satisfied as their work is not professional and their customer care is not worthy... thank God for Home Advisor & Detail pools who saved my pool and me thousands.... Beware Pleasant pools is not pleasant at all???

They were pleasant to work with, just like their name Pleasant Pools.

They said pool would cost "" X "" dollars and it didn't cost anymore than that. Customer service was awesome. We weren't sure what we needed but was helped by customer service.

Greg was the supervisor over my in ground pool. The price he quoted was what I paid. Pleasant Pools will answer all your pool needs.

Professional from the first call to the service. Friendly and informative staff from the receptionist to the workers. Clean and efficient work. Receptionist handled all my questions and gave helpful advice that reduced my costs and service time by allowing me to backwash and add the chemicals the day before the service since the algicide and shock need to circulate for several hours before closing the pool. Great company.

They were great

We ended up just having a new liner. The remodeling would just have been too expensive. But they did a careful wonderful job.

Service tech worked hard to bring the unit back online. He spent over four hours in the pouring rain to get the burner unit cleaned and ready for the new season. After drowning, he determined I needed a new pressure switch. He returned the next day ( sun shining) and unit was working in ten minutes!! I am pleased.
