Pesky lil farts

We had squirrels nesting in our eaves. PLF sealed the entries leaving a one-way door so they could get out and not back in. After a few days the squirrel family had changed address! PLF guys were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Came out, used 2 different treatments, moles did appear after 4 mo. different part of yard came out promptly and treated again. I have battle these moles for years using products from hardware stores totally useless, waste of money

The gentlemen working for this company are very nice and did show up on time. They came and did free estimate, which I was grateful for due to other companies quoting me double the price and not being willing to do a free estimate. They discussed plan and assured me you would barely be able to notice work done which included paint services on the outside of our home. They acted like job would be done in two visits, one to patch holes/caulk and one to paint. However, on first visit they only fixed a few holes, which was fine and left. I had to call to ensure other holes were going to be fixed, they said yes and came back a second and third time fixing the rest of the holes and another visit to paint. The multiple visits were okay I just wish there would have been better communication that it would take 4 visits to complete the job. On last visit they came to paint and instead of using "shingle match" which I was told on initial consultation, they painted light grey paint on the roof patches that looked bad especially on the front of my house. I contacted them and they were quick to come back out to fix which I appreciated, however, when they came back out they basically took a can of black spray paint and free handed on my roof with over spray getting on light grey painted trim areas. I was not home to notice when this work was done or I would have said something. You can see big difference in spray on roof vs shingles and it looks very unprofessional. They could have least blocked other areas with a piece of cardboard or something and tried to spray in a more even, regular pattern or have done a more professional job and tapped some of other areas off. I don't expect perfection, but this doesn't look great and now we will have to spend extra time/money to correct what we paid them to do. I let the company know of my disappointment in the work and was not given any response which really frustrates me since they put on their website pleasing their customers is very important to them. I would have at least expected an apology for us not being happy with their work. I did not want to have to write this review, but felt other people would benefit from this. If you just need removal of critters than they are cheaper and should be able to handle that, but if you need areas patched/painted and want quality work then I would pay the extra money or do the painting yourself. I wish I would have known before or at least waited to pay until the job was finished (which I was told I had to pay for all the work on the first visit, I don't like this policy and would not do it again). They have the money and have no need to respond to me now.

Took care of the issue, and the animals haven't been back.

The gentlemen who did the work were prompt and came to the home daily to check their traps. I was always able to reach them by phone and consider the work they did to be professional and prompt.

Quickest response than any other company that's why I chose them. They were professional and worked a payment plan with me.

They were very thorough & came back 3 time until all the rabbits were gone.

They were on time, friendly and made sure I understood the gopher removal process!

The PLF team did an awesome job. They came by assessed the situation, recommended a course of remediation and we agreed. It took several days, but the critter finally was trapped and humanely released into the wild at a remote location outside The City. PLF stayed in touch by phone and text and were very responsive through the entire operation.

On time and polite, free inspection was performed. No squirrels or other critters found in attic. Highly recommended.
