Every employee with this company was very professional. Greg, the owner, was on time to give the estimate & did a very thorough report. Answered all of our questions very politely. Returned phone call promptly. The work crew was on time & very professional. Did all work to our satisfaction. They were concerned that we were happy with the work. They even went the extra mile & tightened up some loose boards on our stairway. Explained every step of the work that they were doing.Cleaned up at the end of each day--it took 4 days--and did a complete cleanup at the end. I have dealt with other foundation companies before and I was very impressed with this company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work, esp. crawlspace work on old homes. I have a very small crawlspace area & this crew had no problems getting in there & getting the work done. They were very hard working.

Owner of Permalift made a thorough examination of the floor joists and supports and determined exactly what needed to be done. He provided a detailed estimate. I compared his estimate with one from a national foundation repair company which was $800. higher and did not cover as much work. The workmen arrived on time, were courteous and professional. I have had foundation work done on other properties, and I this is the best company I have ever used and certainly will use again.

I was satisfied with them. No way to know whether it was done right or not yet, but I assume it was. They use a different method. They use piers and foam. They apply it from the inside, minimum disruption. They applied one pier on the outside. The pier was $600, foam was $5,000.

Project was completed in 1 day (approx 9 am to 6 pm). Owner and staff were very professional, experienced, and did a great job. Workers also recaulked a large bay window in the back of the house and did some mortar work around the exterior of the house. I have some excess dirt around the pier installation sites, but Foreman asked where to place the excess and had them place in an area around the back yard. Would definitely use them again.

Permalift Foundation showed up on time. They were very courteous and competent. We have had to try to call them recently and it is very hard trying to get in touch with them.
