+ -1 morePretty lousy since they didn't even show up! I'm on the fence if I want to try to reschedule. I've called Michael three times today, finally left a message on the third call - no answer.
Description of Work: I'm aware this company is busy on the weekends, but what's the point in scheduling an appointment and then not showing up!! At least give me a call to say that you can't make it. I've worked with them before and they did a good job. I got an email this morning from Michael that he would send a business partner over to mow my lawn since his schedule was full - no one showed up!

+ -1 morehe seemed so nice, but never showed up and never called me back. So the first impression is a poor one.
Description of Work: spoke with the owner twice, set up date for initial estimate and lawn service. He was very nice and professional and seemed very helpful. But he never showed up and never called again.

+ -1 moreI hadn't a lawn mower as I was between houses, and the back yard was positively amazonian. I found Michael on craigslist and called him. He responded very quickly, there was fantastic communication, and he did a wonderful job. His normal price is $25. He charged me $35, and I tipped him $5. He did a wonderful job, and I will use again. Again, his normal price was $25 and would be well worth it. Thank you Michael!
Description of Work: My back lawn was terribly overgrown at my condo. Being between houses, all of my lawn equipment was in storage. My back yard had become a jungle with 4ft tall grass. Yes, four feet tall. Michael cut all of the grass wonderfully and hauled off all excess.
