There was a commission. Everything we needed to do to sell our house and buy the new one, her office took care of. She sold the house within 2 weeks. It was an amazing experience. We moved into the new house within another 2 weeks.
Description of Work: I used Pat Slack Realtor when I purchased my house a year ago. She helped me sell my previous home and buy my current one.
