They returned until we agreed I was mouse free. I paid as they performed the job.

He has been doing our lawn care for probably 25 years. He's dependable. We also had a termite infestation and he gave us his evaluation and he didn't think it was necessary to do a full treatment. He tells you what he honestly believes and then lets you make the choice. We went ahead and did the full termite treatment but I appreciate that when I'm dealing with him, I don't feel like he's trying to sell me something. He's doing what needs to be done and more. If you want more, he'll give you more but if you don't want more, he won't try to put you into it. He does an excellent job.
