Description of Work: We hired Josh to resurface and stain an existing patio. Less than a year later the concrete started chipping away a little at a time. Josh will not answer our phone calls nor will he call us back after leaving numerous messages. Josh is a pleasant young man but his work is shoddy.

+ -1 moreI picked two colors for the acid wash and when it was applied it was not brushed in properly. I can see brush strokes and draining of some colors. I can see where some acid mixed great and then half of the patio shows only one of the colors (so not blended). The entire surface has areas that are still grey (so areas where the acid did not take or was not applied appropriately). The owner of the company (Jerry) bid the job but later complained that he did not charge me enough. I called and told of my unhappiness of the vast color variations and where some areas did not take. I also wanted Jerry to clean up the splatters that he left on all of my wood work. It took Jerry two weeks to return to the job (after at least ten phone calls and his promises to stop by) He did repair the splatters but that is it.
Description of Work: My back patio concrete was overlayed and acid stained.
