Description of Work: I wasn't paying too much attention and didn't realize the man was really screwing me on parts and labor. I tried to contact the company and was told too bad, you signed the paperwork. We called them back out as the door failed again. The man that came out said they fired the other guy, but I was still out a lot of money for very, very little work. The company is crooked, do not use them.

Description of Work: This was a home warranty call where a spring broke, not allowing my garage door to open. I paid $75.00 only per my agreement with AHS. The door was not adjusted properly and the door closes too quickly, striking the ground too hard.

+ -1 moreEverything was exceptional with Overhead Door. They did real good work. They even showed me how I could do preventive maintenance, which I appreciated very much. I have used them before for garage door work and have always been satisfied.
Description of Work: I hired Overhead Door Co. to adjust my garage door. It was not opening and closing properly. They lubed it and adjusted the tracking.
