Description of Work: I sent Tammy from Oklahoma Steamclean & Restoration an email on Saturday requesting my carpet to be cleaned the following Monday (today). She called me first thing this morning to confirm that their serviceman would be at my home between 9-11 am. The serviceman called at 9:10 and said that he was on his way and would be at my home in 20 minutes...and he was. It took him approximately an hour to clean 3 rooms...and the carpet looked great. I would recommend Oklahoma Steamclean & Restoration to others.

 + -1 moreWe signed up for the $79 for three rooms deal for our house and my grandma's house. Tammy reached us the next day to set up an appointment for both homes two days later. The team showed up as scheduled and our carpets look awesome (my grandma reports that she is also pleased). The carpets were slightly damp (as is expected), but completely dried within a few hours. Very happy!

They cleaned and deodorized the carpets.There was a mix up in what the actual add, run by Angie's List and what the service thought they were supposed to provide. But the owner of the company made a special trip to my house within just a few minutes to make sure everything I thought I was getting, I got! I will definitely use them again and this one experience paid for my membership to Angie's List. Oklahoma Steamclean & Restorations, INC. made sure that I was taken care of and I will definitely recommend them to others.

 + 0 moreFrom September 2011, Steve and his company has done all of the above stated work for me. From the very start, Steve was most professional, courteous, kind, personable and helpful to answer all of my questions. His company does quality work, and thorough work. I have been most pleased with my experiences with them on all occasions, and will use no one else, and can highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Last service was water remediation from a broken water heater. Steve was out within hours and set up dryers, etc. Previously I have had major mold remediation done, bathroom counter refinishing, outdoor window cleaning, tile cleaning, air duct cleaning, and other work done. This is the only company I would trust for such services.

 + -1 moreWe use them routinely and they are the one carpet cleaning company we use. They have been outstanding for us. They have walked in to every home we have come into and given us a good assessment on whether or not they can help us. One of the keys is they've walked in to places and told us that they couldn't get it. Rather than just trying and failing they have told us it was not going to happen. They also do carpet restoration for us; they will stretch carpet and do patch repair. I will hire them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Oklahoma Steam Clean & Carpet Restoration to do a vacant carpet steam clean and spot removal.
