Contacted OMR on Feb 21 using Angie's List messaging. As of May 1, no response. If a vendor is not going to use the messaging system, then he/she should say so. Sometimes late evening is the only time I can sit down to look for the kind of help we need, so messaging is important -- we've found many other vendors to be responsive this way.
