+ -1 moreRandy came out to a home looking to purchace, told us exactly what he was going to do, and then immediately got started. He also said if we had any questions to let him know. There were a few issues and he walked us through correcting the problem and his personal advice. Very nice, and diligent and would definitely recommend to anyone!
