OKC Restoration came to my cabin to address a major water problem. A plumbing failure caused significant damage to my lake home. The company arrived within hours of my call, quickly evaluated the problem, provided a fair estimate and immediately provided support to address the water issues.

OKC Restoration did an amazing job when I had a minor oven fire that required my whole apartment to be cleaned for the smoke damage. They met up with me probably within an hour when I called them, walked me through everything during what was already a stressful time, and were great advocates and handled everything with my renters insurance and my building management, which involved quite a lot of back and forth. They did such a great job, and my place feels like home again and my place is cleaner than it has been in years.

Very well and we are very satisfied. Work was reasonably priced and performed in a very timely manner. The entire team was very professional and showed dedication to their work. They were also very personable and kept us informed of the status of the work. They also cleaned up completely when they were done. We would highly recommend OKC Restoration.

I had a problem with tub drain required tub removal and remediation of water damaged bathroom floor and sub-floor. OKC Restoration team are organized and fair, with great communication throughout the process.

OKC Restoration was quick to respond arriving about 6 hours after we discovered the disaster. The crew knew how to tackle the problem; they were respectful, courteous, and helpful. When I requested extra testing for the presence of moisture or mildew, they were obliging. And at the end, the owner offered to clean and seal a small area that hinted of mildew. Their communication was professional always informing us when they would return and what they would do. Their quick action saved our home from further water damage.

I recently had my well pump blow its gasket and had a basement full of water. OKC Restoration did an outstanding job of remediation. My insurance company covered them entirely and I would like to recommend them to you if you have water damage or other disaster. They even come in the middle of the night if you need them!

The owner immediately came out to assess the water damage in the basement. He was very kind and professional. Found water in basement from unknown source. Called OKC Restoration and they had people on site withing 2 hours. Diagnosed where the water was coming from and started clean up immediately. Explanations were done as they worked. Hidden broken pipe in ceiling was uncovered and a plumber called by OKC Restoration. Photo evidence for insurance was done by them as well.

The team came out after an hour on of calling them to help recover our house from a flood. They saved our house!

Water damage in basement, they came to house within 1 hour moved all furniture ripped out walls and insulation out. Removed debris, set up dryers. Machines to avoid mold, very concerned called to check up

OKC Restoration crew performed extraordinary well! They went above and beyond in assuring me that my basement would restored better than it was prior to the flooding! We were extremely satisfied at the end . It felt even better when my own basement renovation contractor admired the finished product that OKC Restoration had done.

I called them Friday evening due to having water in my cellar from a heavy rain storm. They showed up Saturday morning and pull my floor up and carefully sectioned off the affected area then set up machines to dry it out. They came back 2 days later and cleaned up and took there equipment. Very pleased

I contacted OKC Restoration after a pipe burst that had affected all 10 floors in my building and they were able to extract all water, remove affected materials, and ensure that the structure was rid of all moisture. They were kind, professional, flexible, and did not hesitate to leave extra machinery for no additional charge to make sure all tenants were happy. I cannot thank you guys enough

They were very thorough. They made sure they found and removed all smoke damage. They were very respectful of my home.

I had water damage in one room from ice damming. OKC Restoration was able to dry out the affected area and alleviate the mold that had grown inside the wall and above my ceiling. They did a great job of repairing and reconstructing the wall, ceiling and window frame. They cleaned up the room afterwards, even cleaning the floor and dusting off the furniture. They dealt with the insurance company for me which was very helpful.

It was great they were quick to come out and made things so easy on me. Their guys worked all night to ensure that my place would be dry quickly. I cannot thank them enough ! Would definitely recommend to everyone !
