Wow! I cannot say enough about OKC Restoration! My laundry room flooded on a holiday and this company sent a specialist within 45 minutes! He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.He knew all about the insurance process as well, which really helped to put my mind at ease. They have machines that can try to help you salvage your hardwood floors from water damage.The team performing the work was extremely efficient and clean, taking care to protect my floors and adhere to covid protocols. We were unfortunate to have some major fire damage in our home.OKC Restoration team were great in removing all the soot from our kitchen walls and tiles. The smoky smell was all removed. It was a terrible time for us but thankfully they were able to get in and help us with a quick but specialized soot and smoke removal fire program. We are happy to have our home back.
