+ -1 moreHas yet to do anything. Still has my money even though we were put off for months beyond the contract.
Description of Work: He did nothing but put us off over and over and wouldn't return phone calls for weeks at a time after he collected his deposit. Very unprofessional. Still has my money.

+ 0 moreLowell was slow to start project, excuses for delays. Plantings were mis-aligned of poor quaility and small. When asked, his response "These are the best for this time of year" or "They got frostbite, if they do not come back I will replace them". Every time I would contact Lowell, there was a new excuse. One Deadora Cedar cost of $1000.00, was planted so shallow it died. He was always" going to transplant it" for me!!!! I will never refer or use this vendor again.
Description of Work: Landscaping the front and backyard of new homes.

Description of Work: I had landscaping perform by Loch Ness Pools and Backyard Retreats aka:OkScapes and Contruction: Loch Ness Pools and Construction. Landscping around pools was never close to being completed. Several plants and trees were poor quality and small. The size you purchase at garden centers. When asked about problems, a mountain of excuses were always available. Lowell was always asking for another payment. Nice guy, very poor business.

Description of Work: Landscaping yard and around pool. This is the second home landscape we hired OK Landscape to complete. Several delays yet the first project turned out well. I had the same expectations for this home's landscape. However, I would be disappointed. Having a previous relationship with this company I let down my guard. Delay after delay. Several plants died and were not replaced. Incomplete plantings, one side of the pool not the other. Trees never arrived. Trees that needed to be relocated because they were planted on a rock base and were dying. When I would call I was told "Oh I have your trees, be out at the end of the week." Never happened. I have no more energy left to deal with this kind of contractor. It has been 2 1/2 years since the beginning of this project. I paid $2500.00 in advance for Autumn Blaze Maple trees that were never delivered. Not only disappointed with this contractor, but now I have to find another contractor and start over. Will not recommend OK Landscape Construction on any level of service,quality or professional service.
