+ -1 moremy husband came home from work to meet Mr. Nunley. He checked out the dryer and determined that the engine was and quot;froze upand quot; He told my husband he had all the parts on his truck, but that he would have to come back the next day. It was unclear why he came and made the call, if he knew he was probably going to have to replace the motor and he came with the parts to do it. He said he had another call to make, my husband explained to him that he took off work expecting Mr. Nunley to do the repairs that day. Mr. Nunley offered to waive the service call fee, but my husband did pay him since he did take his time to come and give his opinion regarding the state of the dryer. My husband was very unhappy about the verbal exchange they had, so I can not give him any kind of a good overall rating.

+ -1 moreHe immediately knew what was wrong and told me what to do to fix it. I really appreciate someone NOT ripping me off! This guy is an honest broker, someone who can obviously be trusted. He could have charged me an arm and a leg to fix something that was not broken. Thank you, Mr. Nunley, for saving me some money!
Description of Work: I called up Mr. Nunley to schedule an appt for repair on my washing machine. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he could save me money and a service call by just telling me over the phone what was wrong.

+ -1 moreGreat. Problem solved. Freezer started cooling shortly after serviceman diagnosed problem.
Description of Work: Had a problem with refrigerator freezer that did not cool. Serviceman correctly diagnosed the problem as auto shutdown due to leaving door ajar. He did not try to sell expensive part, but simply diagnosed correct problem, reset, and charged a very reasonable service call charge. Very professional and honest.

Description of Work: My older (top freezer) Whirlpool refridgerator was leaking to the bottom inside of my fridge. Clogged drain pipe that Mr. Nunley was able to fix quickly.

+ -1 moreVery good. Nunley responded quickly to request to repair freezer in top freezer refrigerator, ice cream melted and was blowing only slightly cool air. Called in late morning and came by in afternoon. Last night ice cream was getting wery soft and by this morning ice cream and popsicles were melted, Called in morning -- by afternoon service call freezer was again blowing cold air. Tech checked compressor, coils which were in good working order and clean. Tech stated that seems problem is that if freezer door was open an excessive amount of time (and/or cracked open -- not closed) then compressor can get too hot and shut off as long as 24 hours. Charged a resaonable service call fee and stated if still had any problems within 10 days secpnd call would be at discount.
