 + -1 moreThe plumber did not show for his initial appointment. He was recommended by a trusted handyman service so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and contacted him again. He said that his phone that he used for storing appointments had been dropped in water and destroyed within the last few days and that was his reason for missing my appointment. I rescheduled with him and he showed up for his appointment and repaired the leaking faucet.
Description of Work: The plumber came to my house and fixed a leaking bathroom faucet.

 + -1 moreNorman Plumbing was very responsive, which is important in their type of business. They generally come out the same day. They are very accommodating. Their workers are always very clean and polite and do a good job picking up after themselves.
Description of Work: Norman Plumbing fixed some leaky pipes. We also needed to have a couple of drains unclogged.
