New Concept Renovations

Alex and his team did a great job of prepping, painting, and cleaning up. All work was done on time and at a very reasonable price. We are very pleased with the final result.

I hired New Concepts Renovations to do all the renovations within my home. Upfront they were told that I was going through the bank to pay for all my repairs and there were certain documents that were needed. Instead of being upfront about his incapability to get the all documents turned in, the owner continued to lead my bank and I on that it would be turned in a few days which extended into several weeks. He quit 6 weeks after turning in majority of the paperwork which has forced me to forfeit my interest rate and start over with finding a new contractor. This has been a huge inconvenience as he could have let me know sooner and work could have started by now with a different contractor. This situation has left me with an unfinished house, no contractor, and several penalties to extend my interest rate as we are heading into the holiday season. I would not recommend this company due to the unethical treatment I have received throughout this process.

Things were great! Alex and his crew worked very hard and finished the job very quickly. They were very accommodating with us allowing us to move around our home while working and they were very professional. They did an outstanding job and we absolutely love our new floors. We will definitely hire them again and would recommend their work.

Great! Once the project started, it was completed quickly. Alex is very responsive, professional. I can’t wait to start our 2nd phase - replacing the floors and finally remodeling our Master bathroom. He remodeled my friend’s master bath and it looks great!
