They did show up in a mask, which is the one oand only thing they did well. My appt was from 8 to noon. At 10 am I got a text stating they would be more toward the 1 to 4 range because they were behind. 4 pm no one is here. I had to call twice, before a very moody tech showed up at 5:30 pm. He kept leaving ny front door open, even after ask not to, due to ac running and dogs present in the home. Then the quote. I could have replaced the whole door and motor system for the quote, when my door was just off track. At a 700 dollar quote, I told them no thank you, then they came back with a quote of 450. I again, I said, no thank you and sent them on their way. A new company showed up within the hour and fixed it for 180 bucks, in about 30 mins. Beware, they have no problem taking a woman for a ride to get as much money as possible.

Garage door spring broke on the weekend and manual override wasn't working, so I couldn't get the car out of the garage. Called on Sunday afternoon, and they fit me in by 6pm on the same day. James replaced the spring with a 10-year warranty spring and made a slight adjustment on nudging one of my pre-existing dents. Professional, timely, and a good price. Will consider using them again.

Due to a heavy work load the technician was several hours late. The only problem was that he did not call to say he would be take. Once he arrived he was polite expedient and most informative.

Called because had held door opener would not work. I had put new batteries in. He pushed black button to reset and this cost $129.00 I think too expensive. He oiled cables and reduced that price.

Everything was fine at first. Same day service. Person who came called ahead and was there on time. He worked for well over an hour. The cost was almost $750. This was in the afternoon. By nighttime, the door was not working again, doing what it had been doing which was not going down and staying down. I called the number given to me by the repairman. I was told that no one was available to come out until the following week and that they didn't work on weekends. This was NOT acceptable. I found the number that I had called originally off the internet, and finally spoke with someone who said they would send a person out by 5:00 today. It is almost 3:00 and I'm still waiting.

First of all, it was difficult reaching them -- no phone number was provided by Angie's, and there's no such company in the phone book. The guy came and seemed to be doing the job, but afterward, I couldn't get the door to open all the way except with 2 or 3 tries. Who knows why, but an inspection should have discovered a problem, unless he himself messed up something up himself. Now I'm trying to find them again.

They did OK. He checked everything very well. He tried to sell me premium everything. He tried to get $500 out of me. That's all he did and that's all I needed.

The did ok and I would recommend them to somebody else. He was a very nice person. They are very professional. They come on time. Overall they were excellent. I would not use them again because their price is high.

It went perfect. They did a great job and I have had no problems since. I keep using them because of their customer service. My husband found them someway.

After paying the additional (now a total of $89) the technician sprayed a little lub on the tract and tightened the chain (which came off the tract 2 days later) The coupon was not for work but a way to market and charge me additional fees. What little work they did broke a few days later. I strongly do not recommend this company nor getting a coupon from them it is a sham!

I contacted Choice one evening and dropped a message regarding an issue about our old garage door. In less than one hour, they called back and set up a service call the next day. Upon arrival, I spoke with the repair guy for a while and he explained many things about garage doors. After our discussion, he quickly fixed the door, billed us with a fair price and went on his way. With the professionalism, speed and fair pricing they have shown, I would certainly recommend them.

They did a good job. We had to have them adjust the garage doors later on and they came out right away. They guaranteed their work, which is what we liked.

I feel like I was scammed. I bought a groupon for a tune-up. They told me the spring needed to be replaced and I assumed it would be a minor up charge for that. Instead they charged me $525. I think the groupon is their entree to this like a bait and switch. Hardly do I believe that the spring actually needed replacement vs. just an adjustment in tension.

I bought your deal on AmazonLocal. I was able to schedule for same day service, from 3-6. The repairman called and asked if he could come earlier. I said he could come at any time. He arrived around 2 pm. I took him into the garage and showed him what clasp I needed to be replaced. He said yes and he noticed panels that were broken and other screws that needed to be replaced. I asked if it was included in the deal. He said it was not. I asked how it would cost and he said $29. I am not a genius but that seemed steep to me for a clasp. But I wanted my garage door to work. Then he started commenting on other things that made me feel like he was trying to upsell. I told him I thought tuneup would include some clasp and screws. I didn't know it didnt. So I did not want the deal. He called his office. I spoke to someone and they stated they couldn't do the clasp for free. Ok, then I don't want the service. Then the serviceman stood at the edge of my garage while he was waiting to speak to someone else. I was cleaning the garage and it really made me feel uncomfortable. Then the owner gets on the phone and tells me the same thing as the other gentleman. I gave them the analogy of a car being serviced at Jiffi Lube. They are not going to charge me for every screw. He said he was only charging me for his cost and if it was Jiffy Lube they would charge me to. As your owner was ranting and raving I gave the phone back to your serviceman. He told me he was sorry and finally left my property. I called AmazonLocal and told them my experience. They gave me an immediate refund. Oh I looked on lowes for a hinge and they charge $4.49. I think this company needs to get a better supply source.

Booked the service for the same day I called and showed up on time. Fully explained my options and their costs. Gave good, sound advise on future maintenance.
