 + -1 moreThey are awesome. I deal with a man by the name of Ron. Diana, his wife, answers the phone. It's a family-owned company. They are very, very nice. They usually respond within two days if I have weeds or whatnot. He never forgets you. He is very courteous.
Description of Work: He comes out every six weeks to take care of weeds and fertilize the lawn. On the last visit, they fertilized the lawn with all-natural product. They also do grub treatment and preemergent treatment.

 + -1 moreOverall I am glad to be using products which have the least affect on the wildlife and water sources. I am glad to have lovely red earthworms who can thrive in the soil instead of being burned by stron chemicals. I practiced this natural lawn care on my own for 20 years before moving to Moore 3 years ago so I know it is a slow process that develops over several years and will never be as "perfect" as a chemical lawn. However it is not a toxic lawn I have to keep children and animals off of and so I am greatful for Natural Lawn's commitment. My rating of B has to do with basic communication problems. I always get an answering machine which in a small family business can come with the territory, but sometimes call back takes a couple days or another call. Also the cost is a bit high though I know costs can be more for safe products and gas isn't cheap
Description of Work: They come on a schedule and check yard first, then apply the various things my yard individually needs. Sometimes a weed product is used but not always. It is very quick and they leave the bill and instructions in the door along with an envelope.

 + -1 moreThe company drops by my house when it's time for a treatment and leaves an invoice on my door. Occasionally they leave instructions to water the product in.
Description of Work: I entered into a plan for this company to apply fertilizer and weed control to my lawn approximately six times per year. The company is the only one I know of locally that uses organic-based products. Since I began using the service, the lawn has improved quite a bit, although there are still some weeds. The biggest change I noticed this year was reduced crabgrass and delayed (by about a month) nutgrass.

 + -1 moreThe employees are professional and courteous, but despite some improvement our lawn never looked great. Natural Lawn uses organic fertilizers and pesticides which are not as fast-acting or effective as conventional treatments. I love that a green lawn company is out there, but it just didn't work well for us for the price we were paying. Our friends use Natural Lawn and have a gorgeous lawn. They have been using the company for a while, and I think they started out with a nice lawn which just needed maintenance. Our lawn was a weedy mess when we started so it's understandable that we got different results. We had our backyard treated as well as the front, and Natural Lawn always called the day before coming out so we could unlock our gate.
Description of Work: Natural Lawn fertilized and treated weeds in our yard for a season and a half. They also did aeration on one occasion.
