MSC remodeled 3 bathrooms for me in 2014. I am happy with the workmanship and pricing of the job and the only recommendation or comment that I would suggest is that communication between contractors and homeowners should be clear and concise. Upon several job steps MSC would finish a job such as painting and end the job before I was able to inspect or approve of the work.... They would have to rework mistakes at a later date and that took a lot of time and also cost MSC profits. If they would have let me or my wife who was always on site inspect/approve prior to removing tools and packing up for the day we could have saved a lot of time on the project and MSC would have probably made a higher profit margins.

I called them and they were in my area and came out within 10 minutes. They wanted to rip out all of the bottom boards of my home and also rip out both of my walls. They then wanted to put in siding. He couldn't even quote me an exact price either, but they wanted to charge me over $1,000.00 for this work.

The price they gave was reasonable. They showed up for their appointment on time. They were very friendly.

Mustard Seed Construction basically appeared that they didn't want to do the work in my area.

He came 48 hours after I contracted him. He gave a fair price and comparable quote. He was the only one who told us what h was going to do. I would highly recommend him. He doesn't make a move without telling me. He is concise and thorough. Everything seems written contractually.
