Description of Work: Called @ 7 AM to report water leak of expansion tank. Was told plumber would be dispatched today. Called again @12 PM to report leak had increased and was assured problem would be handled today and would call before arriving. It is now 10:25 pm and still no word from Mr. Rooter. Do not contact me. I called a real business( Edmond Plumbing and Heating). Problem handled within 3 hours of contact. Thank you Roger Seaton. If Mr. Rooter overbooked would have been nice to be contacted to seek other services as to this effect. Highly recommend someone else to handle your plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I had a horrible faucet leak on my tub to the point is was draining all over my floor. I called Mr Rooter and they came and looked at it the same day and said they needed to get a part and would be back the following day. They did not return for 4 days and that was only after my repeated phone calls. He put in a new part and we thought the faucet was fixed but it began leaking again that evening. I called that evening and it was another 2 days before they came to look at it again. This time the original leak was fixed but now the faucet was dripping from a different location. I called and they came looked at it and told me faucets are suppose to drip some! Now I will be paying Waterboy to come out and fix it the right way. I do not want Mr Roooter in my home again.

Description of Work: Richard with Mr Rooter Corp did a wonderful job for us. He was efficient and knew exactly what the problem was. He fixed the problem to our complete satisifaction and in a timely manner. Mr Rooter Corp is professional, courteous and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for any plumbing and drain needs!!

Description of Work: I had a leak in my bathtub. They came and inspected it and discovered it was simple maintenance things I could do myself (and save money). He also recommended what type of parts to buy in the near future that would be "plumber friendly".
