Called after 12:00 and was able to get an appointment for the same afternoon. Arrived about an hour and a half after call as promised. He tried to clear drain through the outlet behind washer but couldn't get past the trap so he had to use the vent on second story roof and was successful. Price was fair and I knew ahead of time there was a flat charge for so many feet of snake and the if exceed that length an additional charge per foot. It would have been the flat rate but my vent was on second floor roof hence had to go further to reach stoppage. My problem for living in a two story house! Very happy with the service!

They were really responsive and they came out right away. That means they got right on the system. They will call every time they were here and get the job done. They worked a lot, enough filling, seem they cannot do the big thing, did it, and left.

.Had repeat of similar problem that had occurred one year ago. When toilet in master bath flushed it refilled slow and not completely along with flushed toilet water coming out of the front bathroom's bathtub drain. Discovered same thing happened when toilet in front bathroom flushed or when any of the faucets were turned on. Called plumbing company that had used last year but this was Monday and earliest they could come was Friday afternoon. Then searched Angie's list and found Mr.Rooter. Call answered immediately by very pleasant gentleman and told they could have person out today. Don't think it was much more than an hour when Aaron arrived. Very pleasant and polite. Displayed throughout good work habits and obvious he knew what he was doing. He got the drain cleaned out and the toilet back to functioning correctly. But not only that he was able to do something that two previous plumbers had not been able to do. Find the clean-out to the house. Had been told by the two previous plumbers that what had thought was and been told at time of house purchase and appeared to be the clean-out was not. That when they ran their hose down the three inch white plastic pipe that was in the middle of the side of the backyard that it did not go to my house. And they could not figure out where it went and wound up going up on the roof where the second plumbing company had managed to clean out the drain through a pipe on the roof. Aaron was able to locate the actual clean-out right next to the back wall of the house and which somehow had gotten covered over with dirt and patio stone in the distant past. It was amazing. He fixed it by adding a piece of three inch pipe and cap and so is now visible and usable for any future problems. He was brilliant. Two seasoned plumbers before him couldn't do it. Would definitely call this company again. Thank you so much.

We had water backing up from the washing machine and in the kitchen sink. Richard from Mr. Rooter came out within 2 hours of our call. He asked us several questions to pinpoint which drains he needed to clear, since he explained that the charge was by the drain and he wanted to limit to as few as possible. Had our drains running clear again in quick order. He was very pleasant and professional.

Chris Young came out from Mr. Rooter. He was knowledgable and informative and communicated the fix well. I then was confident in him doing the job. He was able to do for $200, where other plumbers quoted up to $2000 for same job. He came in and busted a** and did the job right, and mind blowing fast. I am going to save his card to use again.

Woman on the phone was abrupt and not very friendly but she did as she promised and got a man to our house that afternoon. Aaron, the plumber wasn't in a good mood or had a back problem or just didn't have much of a personality, but did get the drain cleared in less than an hour. From a "get the job done" point of view, we got that. The price was fair and they offered a 30 day free comeback policy that we didn't expect, which was nice. Overall pleased. Just think the owner might talk to his people about professionalism when it comes to interacting with the public. That was really the only negative.

It was midday Saturday when one of our commodes was flushed, and we could not stop the water from continuously running. We were also experiencing trouble with a second commode. It filled by drips only and would take hours to refill. Because our only way to stop the one commode from running was to shut off the water to the entire house, we were forced to seek Saturday plumbing service. I contacted Mr. Rooter because we had used them before and were satisfied. Also, they were selected because there was a 10% receipt for Angie's List clients and the ad on Angie's List claimed there was no extra charge for Saturday service. I was told before they came that the Mr. Rooter in Oklahoma City is family owned and does not accept the coupon on Angie's List and that there is a $25 Saturday charge for the same reason. Being desperate, I scheduled them anyway. They came immediately, were very professional, completed quickly, cleaned up after themselves and charged $125.00 for the repair of both commodes. We already had the parts for one commode but had to use Mr. Rooter parts for the other. The company did give us a 10% senior citizen discount. The total cost was $125.00. I think their page on Angie's List should reflect the fact that they are family owned and do out adhere to corporate decisions and discounts.

Came out a couple of hrs after I called. He was very professional and friendly, and fixed the problem in about an hour at a cheaper price than I was originally quoted.I was very satisfied with their services.

Had a sewer line clog in our circa 1960s rent house. Called them at 9 pm at night and they were on it by 10 am the next morning. We have this problem periodically so I will be interested to see how long it lasts - don't know if it's the plumber we used before not doing the job correctly or what. Anyway, I paid the price I was quoted and they were on time, even a little early.

I called at 8:10 in the morning and they had somebody out here by 9:30. Very helpful since no toilets were able to be used. A little pricey, but there is a 30-day guarantee for the same problem or a discount on any other drain problems within 30 days. Appreciated their willingness and being able to respond so quickly. They cleared the drain and had my plumbing working within 15 minutes.

The Mr. Rooter technician entered the drain line below a stagnant sink in a ground level unit of my fourplex. He ran the snake without issue, took precautions to prevent getting dirty/debris on the floor and walls as he deployed and retrieved the snake. As he worked he gave me advice on how to better maintain my plumbing lines. I called Mr Rooter at 8 pm in the evening and left a message with the operator to have the dispatcher call me as soon as they opened the next day. I was called by 6:45 am (I told the operator I would be awake by then), and they set up an appointment for that morning.
