Description of Work: Stools were not flushing properly - thought it was blockage in the sewer line. Turned out it was due to using a different toilet paper that was clogging the stools. When he determined it wasn't the sewer lines, he asked to check the stools. He was able to snake the stools and free them up. Suggested that we change toilet paper brands.

Description of Work: Called Mr Rooter plumbing to replace faucet and hose behind washing machine that had corroded and was leaking. Terry came right out. Faucets were soldered to pipes.(older home) Terry had to cut them off and replace them and the steel mesh hose. I have used Mr Rooter before for replacing kitchen faucets and also one to unplug my sewage line and each time they were professional and prompt for an emergency call. I though the cost was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. There trucks are well stocked so they do not have to leave to pick up a part. Will call them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unprofessional and discourteous ownership. They schedule on a "we'll be there between 8-5" basis, so be prepared to lose a work day. Further, they were a no show for a job I scheduled this week. They did not call to reschedule, or to God forbid, apologize. I reported this fiasco to the national headquarters customer service representative. Unfortunately, the oversight of our local Mr. Rooter is non existent. Spare yourself the time and trouble and call a local plumber who cares about professionalism, customer service and most of all, their reputation.

Description of Work: I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions in the last few years. There are many trees on my property & sewer lines tend to get clogged. Mr. Rooter representatives have always been clean, polite, efficient and well-trained. I can recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who has backed-up plumbing that needs to be cleared.

Description of Work: They were very quick. Same day service to get my drain snaked. Very courteous and helpful with questions. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Plumber snaked clogged toilet and shower lines, removed toilet, added wax ring, reinstalled the one piece toilet, installed new fluidmaster which we had previously purchased...all done in an extremely tight confined space. He also reinstalled kitchen faucet and dishwasher lines that needed adjustments. It took about 2-2.5 hours. Everything works great.

Description of Work: Mr. Rooter sent a young man out to my location, (I believe his name was Mike), who was very knowledgeable and helpful in tracing out my problems with my sewer. He spent some extra time helping me decide what to do to resolve the problems. If all their techs are as polite and helpful as this young man was, I will not hesitate to reccommend them to anyone. I will call them again should I need service with my sewer system.

Description of Work: I needed the shower drain unclogged. I called Mr. Rooter, spoke with representative. She was pleasant, responsive, and efficient. She scheduled the service to fit my time. The serviceman arrived when scheduled, did an examination of the problem, brought in his equipment and got to work. The cleared the drain, cleaned up after himself, and was on his way. Did an excellent job. However, the price seemed a little high -- but then again, I am always surprised at how much any service costs these days.

Description of Work: Checked my kitchen drain and easily cleared it. Then he reset my disposal and it worked. Then he reset my dish washer and it worked. He fixed all and only charged for a service call. He was very helpful and explained the problems to me, plus he was very pleasant. I did not expect him to fix everything so easily and quickly. I will definitely use their service again when needed!

Description of Work: Called on Saturday evening because the master bath toilet was backing up into the tub and shower, after the phone rang close to 10 times (I almost gave up and tried a diff plumber) someone answered the phone with "can u hold?" After holding another 15 min they came back to the line and asked what I needed... I advised them our issue and then with almost a scoff told me the soonest I would get a call back is tomorrow morning. Ok, if that is the best u can do I will wait. Morning came and by 10 am we had heard nothing from the plumber, so my husband called and was advised we were on the list and the plumber would call us when he was done with the job he was working on. Having no idea how long that would be we went to run a few errands and on the way home I get a call stating that the plumber is at our door and no-one is answering. I advised we weren't home because we were told they would call first. Then very rudely and professionally I was asked "how long until u return?"
