Description of Work: Performed a smoke test and located a spot in the attic where someone had taped up a pipe when installing a new heat & air system. The tape had come loose and there was a stale smell in the house. They vented the pipe properly to the outdoors and the smell is gone. Very happy with the work done.

Description of Work: Reattach exhaust hose to hot water heater. There was a 2 day wait period. The gentleman who came was timely and courteous but a two day wait is a long time. I called a second time a few weeks later with a possible overheating hot water tank and was told it would be two days. I called Kirkland Plumbing and they were kind and immediately responsive. So no more Mr. Rooter.

Description of Work: Did not show up in afternoon or evening as promised. When I called they said they called my cell phone to change appt for following day. I had no calls on my cell phone from Mr. Rooter. I cancelled after I called them back to see why no one had shown up by 6pm.
