Description of Work: I called them on Christmas Eve morning. My hot water tank had gone out the night before. They had a serviceman here at 9AM. He was excellent. He did several things to bring it up to code. The price they charged was less than quoted on the phone. I was extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: This service was done on 8-27-15. I called in the am and they said they would be out that day. I had a stream coming from my shower. They came about 1 pm, fixed the shower. Terry was on time, and very competent. He showed me what was wrong and explained. Excellent service. Cost less than $100. Would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Our back flow preventer was stopped up. I called several plumbers, Mr. Rooter was the only one that could send someone immediately. Plumber was here within 30 minutes of my call and the problem was fixed in about 30 minutes. Boyd was very nice, professional and helpful, I will definitely will use Mr. Rooter again.
