Set an appointment for an estimate to have a vent pipe replaced. Someone was supposed to come sometime on Wednesday, September 15th. They were to call first. No one called, no one came. :(

His work was quick and effective. And they give a 30 day guarentee on their services. I would call them again.

I had 2 plumbers out previously that couldn't completely fix the problem. They came out and gave an estimate. Fixed the prolem immediately and were very knowledgable about the problem with my home. I have to say that the lady who answered the phone/scheduled my appointment was a little bitchy and rude but the actual worker were very nice and knew how to explain what was wrong. Came out the day after I called- very fast.

I had sewage coming up in the lowest drain in the house. I had a different company come a couple months ago who spent all day here and charged me over $400 to get the house draining again and the problem came up again less than 2 months later. The same company told me i'd need a whole new sewer line for $3200-$3500. When i saw water bubbling up behind my house dug a little and found a broken connection. I had Mr. Rooter come out and pipesnake the line from there which cost me about $109. They estimated that fixing it and adding a clean-out would cost about $225. Two days later they sent a specialist who did the job for only $129. Needless to say i was quite pleased. :)

Experience was very very bad. Very broken down equipment and not professional at all. Work and equipment was very substandard. Never called to say even what day (let along around what time) they were coming they just showed up when they wanted for a day then did not show up for a day. Took a week and a half and 4 phone calls for them to even show up to start the work after I told the do do the work. They knew that I could not use the bathrooms at all. No bath or shower during all that time. I had to go to friend houses and shower. They tried to change the price on me 3 time I said no and they said no senior discount which they advertise and no angie list discount and I could not charge it unless I wanted to pay 2% more. They were trying every way to get more money out of me and this was for a SENIOR. Never again will I use this company they said that's fine were to busy anyway's. We have to many jobs to do so you will not effect use. When I told them to do the job they had said it would be 1-2 days to get to it. Could not use the bathroom side of the house at all because of sewer line. So no showers or baths. Called 2 days later to see when coming out to fix. They said later that day or next. Called 3 days later as they never showed up asked when coming out said by Monday. Monday came and went so called them Monday at 4:00pm again said no one there that could tell me when they could come out. Finally they showed up later that day to start for a half an hour. Backhoe had hydraulic hose leak real bad and was spraying the operator. The work man said the owner would not fix it just keep adding hydraulic fluid when it ran out. They used a 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic fluid by the time they finished this. They did not even have a funnel to use to add the hydraulic fluid. They would look around in their truck and find an empty pop bottle and cut off the end to make a funnel so they could add the hydraulic fluid. They came back out the next day and dug and finished the sewer line on that side of the house. Another person was suppose to come out that day and camera the rest of the sewer line to see if there was any other problems with the sewer line. He did not show so this crew left and said he would come out tomorrow. They left the sewer line open(did not fill the dirt back in). The next day he never showed up with the camera. So called again about 4:00pm. They said don't know when he will come. Well he showed up at 6:00pm. Ran the camera and said another problem in middle of back yard. So I said fix it. The next day they came out this person who dug the whole with the backhoe was not that experienced he kept breaking good sewer pipe and had to keep digging back more and more sewer pipe out than was needed to in the first place(they also charged me for this more pipe and labor because of their fault). When they connected the PVC sewer pipe he could not get his connections to line up right so he spent hours more then he needed to to do the job. Also they did not connect the side of the house sewer pipe to the old pipe right and ground water was leaking in to the sewer line. It did not have a water tight seal. Come on plumbing is no leaks they tried to he haw around it but finally gave in because I absolutely told them no leaks. They had to come back out and re dig up that area and redo that connection. Also they did not have all material/supplies with the when they came out to do the job. They would have to stop and go to the supply house to get them. You would think that if sewer lines were your business you would keep a supply on your truck so you would not need to do this. This David Duck telephones/Nextell's the workers about every 10 minutes says what is taking so long? What is going on? Sometimes the guys would be in a whole and would have to climb out just to get their phone to talk to him. Wasting the workers time. Before the workmen could do anything I mean anything they had to call David and let him know what was going on. Come on if David needs to direct every action than he needs to be at the job sight. I bet they telephoned each other a 100 times while workmen were their. Even the workmen complained to me about this. That it really slowed the down doing their work. At the end they tried to raise the price of the job a lot. Would not give senior discount which they normally gave. Threatened that if we give senior discount then they will charge us for this other thing which they said they would do free that took all of 3 minutes. Also would not let us use charge card to pay said they would charge 2% more to charge than use check. They normally don't charge more to use charge card. All this time I was talking to the owner David Duck from the very start (he did not do the work but he was the one that called the shots and sent the workers out). David comes across nice but in the end he tried to get all he can out of you. He never lets you know when they will come or what's going on. The work man said David pulls them off jobs their on all the time to go do something else and then they will get back to their original job later. That is exactly what happened to me and my sewer line. Find a real plumber that has good equipment and will stay on the job. One that will call ahead and let you know when they are coming. One that will guarantee in writing what the end price is. All of this is not Mr. Rooter company. I had friend after this call Mr. Rooter to replace a hot water tank. I told him oh no don't use them. My friend said he called them on a Friday morning. Mr Rooter said they MIGHT get to him Saturday. My friend said what time or when and it may not be Saturday at all. They said we can't tell you. I talked to my friend Friday night by accident. My friend said he would have another company do it and when Mr Rooter call to make the appointment he would tell them he got someone else. We'll Saturday morning around 10:00 he get a call from Mr. Rooter saying your not home (he went on his way Saturday) and they have someone at his door waiting for him. My friend tells Mr Rooter that you were suppose to call me with a time and day. Since you would not give me that I called someone else to do the job and I don't need you. It is the same old stuff not just on my job but on other jobs they do too!!!

I thought I had a sewer leak under my house but, it turned out to be just a line that had come off my washer. They replaced the ring in my toilet and fixed the problem. They were honest, straight forward and did not try to stick me with any extra charge.

They are also called Russells Plumbing. It went great. We had a couple of other plumbers and they didn't know what they were talking about. Russells knew what to do and they knocked it off. We actually had to move some air ducts because we have an old house.

It was a lot of work so I would say the price was good. He said he was going to come back one day and he couldn't make it, so he had to come back the next day.

Terry showed up on time and was friendly. He got right to work and fixed things within a timely manner. He was very nice to work with.

Called on a Saturday afternoon, they answered and said they would have someone out. Didn't give me a time-frame but the plumber arrived about 40 minutes after the phone call and came in and got everything done i.e. replacing the toilet's flap and snaking the water line). Very quick and very courteous.

I was incredibly unhappy with the lack of service and professionalism from this company. I know that good plumbers tend to be busy and that sometimes emergency calls have to take priority, but even the worst service companies I have dealt with in the past could give me a 4-hour window, and the fact that they didn't call after they didn't show up was appalling. Their quote for the work was the highest, but even if it had been more reasonable I would not have hired them because I would be afraid that they wouldn't show up.

We called saying that my husband had broke his leg and needed new toilet put in. The toilet was in the back of the pickup. Was told Tue. we told them we had a doctor appointment and didn't know what time to put us in and we would call back. Got doctor appointment for 2 so called and said must be before 2. Boyd came and installed. We had all the parts. Did very good job and gave us a senior discount.

I called. They advised that they would send someone over and have the person call me before he came. About an hour later, Larry called and advised that he would meet me at my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it. He was a very nice gentlemen. Extremely considerate and most helpful. It was a good experience. I will definitely be using them again.

The serviceman was very professional, making sure he understood the issues needing addressed before he started. He replaced a toilet that had been broken by another plumbing company in their attempt to open a drain. Within 30 minutes, he had replaced the toilet and opened the drain that the previous company had assured me would have to be torn out and replaced.

Company representative arrived promptly as scheduled, addressed the problem efficiently, and was very courteous.

This company is consistently dependable. They showed up within the promised time frame and work at an hourly rate. They were very through, snaking not only from the roof, but also from down below at ground level, just to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned. I recommend their services.

I just like that Mr. Rooter came out and did the job. The only problem I had was trying to get a hold of them on Sunday night. Once I did get a hold of them they came out and did a good job.

Mr Rooter made a dirty job clean. They came out and did the work in a professional timely manner. I would use them again and recommend them.
