Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Oklahoma City

The drain in my kitchen sink was clogged. I called and within 1 1/2 hours, someone arrived and had the drain cleared. Friendly, polite and professional, I used a 10% off coupon and will definitely use them again should I have a need.

After reviewing Angie's List for recommendations specifically related to faucet replacement, we came upon Mr. Rooter and Terry. We called and requested Terry and an appointment was scheduled. Terry showed up and started to work on the outside faucet. This faucet was in bad shape. It leaked and was extremely difficult to turn off. We were afraid to use it. Terry worked very carefully and gently. It took some time but he was successful in removing the old and a new faucet was installed. A plumber we had out a week or two before on a shower issue said he would have to cut through the drywall to fix the faucet. We were not too excited about a drywall mess and thought we we get another opinion. Terry did NOT cut the drywall and did an excellent job. Now to the inside. Who would think the inside would be harder to work on than the outside. Well it was an absolute mess due to hard water. Terry did it again. Removing the old faucet was a very difficult task. With much work, he was finally was able to get it removed and our new one installed. Terry never wasted a minute and it took just over 2 hours to complete the jobs. We will never use another plumber. Mr. Rooter and Terry are great!

After trying to get other plumbing contractors to respond, this company responded promptly to my initial call obtained through Angie's list. We were able to schedule them quickly and were surprised how fast they completed the repairs to our parted sewer line. the cost was several hundred dollars less than we anticipated for the repairs. They will be our first call everytime.

It went very well, I called on 4/23/2012 about 2 pm, I was told that the Plumber would be there between 9 am and 10 am the next morning, but he was actually here at 8:30 (While I am glad he was here early I kind of wish he would have called before hand that he was on the way) He came in and looked at the back of the refrigerator listened to what happened and what I thought was wrong, after I told him I already turned the water off to the house he went and got the parts from his truck, came back with the water cutoff pipe and a flexible hose to replace the copper one and connected everything back up, then he turned the water back on at the meter for me. and it looks like there is no leak. YAY! While it only 108 dollars I wasn't aware of how much it would be till he filled out the receipt, I understand that it could have been different if the parts didn't fix it right away. Don't get me wrong, I am super grateful that it is now fixed and it wasn't that much, a rough estimate would have been nice.

Overall good experience. A little pricey, but all plumbers are. Ran 15 min late.

Wes was here about a hour and a half after calling. He was friendly and professional. He answered my questions and explained what the problem was with a smile. (rare these days) Fair pricing is always a plus. I will recommend Mr Rooter to my friends and family. And I will definately welcome Wes back to do any future plumbing repairs.

It went very well. We called them because we had used them before, not realizing they were on Angie's List. Chris arrived on time. He was super friendly and courteous. One commode needed to be replaced, the other was running after flushing. Both had one of those bathroom cabinets/shelves mounted to the wall and surrounding where he needed to work. When I inquired if I needed to move them to give him room to work, he told me it wasn't necessary, although I'm sure it made his job a little more difficult. This was a good sign it would be a positive experience! I'm certain most others would have asked me to move them. He worked efficiently and was by far the neatest plumber I have ever experienced! I can think of several instances in the past where I have had to spend entire afternoons cleaning up after having a plumber visit. He left both areas spotless!!! After he left, I thought I need to tell someone how good he was.... very positive experience!!

Terry is the one that I always use. He is the only one that comes every time I call. He is very thorough. He has always been excellent. He had to come in and reinvent something that people had messed up in this house before we moved in. That is why I always call him because he knows the layout of everything.

My husband called last night and was told to call between 8 and 8:30am for a schedule time for the service call. When he called this morning he was told they could not give us a time. I started looking for another plumber. About mid morning I got a call that a service man was on his way. He arrived about 20 mins later. Terry was kind, professional and quick. He is going to call us with a quote regarding our manifold block. Neither my husband or I were happy about the lack of "estimation" regarding when someone could be out here, but we will try them again. We understand plumbing can be tricky but it seems that for the customers sake there could be a some sort of scheduling system.

The property is in OKC and I live in AR so I needed someone reliable to handle for me and my tenants. They were responsive, quick, economical and answered the phone when I called; something I was not accustomed to!

It was a fairly extensive project, and I was very satisfied with them. They were competent and reliable and their pricing was fair, though not inexpensive. They came and did what they said they were going to do, and did it in a timely manner. There weren’t any surprises or add-ons. The job took more than a week, and they had other jobs going on at the same time, so there was one delay over some equipment that was being used on another job.

On time. Very knowlegeable staff. Explained repair process and reason for each item that needed replaced. Was very fast.

The company we normally use for drain clean out did not do a good job. Mr Rooter took the time to make sure he got it cleaned out. The price was less than I thought it would be for the time he spent. They also got here quicker than the other company would have.

They said they will arrive in 2-3 hours. Half an hour later they called and asked if they can go now. So it took only 1 hr from call to arrival. Another 15 min took them to clean the pipe. I was happy to pay $100 for the service.

We were having drain problems in our home. I called and they came the same day at a time we could be home from work. The staff was professional and super friendly, all the way from the person we made the appointment with to the man who came and did the repair. We now have a dependable plumber to call for future problems.

He did a great job. He was very prompt. He was here less than an hour. He was very courteous and professional.

I called & they dispatched someone that same afternoon. Problem was fixed quickly. The serviceman was very professional & nice. As stated before, he was very thorough, checking for other causes of the stoppage before he left. I will definitely use A-Russell's Mr. Rooter again.

My tub had stopped draining and I had standing water. I called at 7:15 am and the dispatcher advised me the cost would be $ 99.50, unless they needed to run a very long snake line. I was told they would be out the same morning and Tommy showed up at 8:35 am. He ran a snake line down the overflow drain and in less than 7 min the drain was fixed. I also had a Angies 10% coupon off Mr Rooter's service which saved me $10.00. Tommy was very friendly and we joked around. He even cleaned up the mess around the drain.

First service man that showed up was clueless and was only onsite for about 15min then left saying that he needed to go get a part. three hours later we still had not heard from him. The second service man (older and more experienced) showed up four hours after the first guy and immediately fixed the issue. First guy was worthless, second guy was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Would love to have the second guy back for future problems but would be upset if the first guy ever showed up again.

Second time I have used Mr Rooter of OKC. Excelent service.

I thought I was doing a preventive measure. On the bill it said they augered one toilet from the inside, which I don't think it was augered. I didn't see anything that looked unusual or long to me that they brought in and used. I don't know if they just used a plunger and called it augered. I wasn't as happy with Mr. Rooter as I was with the roofing company. Their price was okay I guess. I don't really have anything to compare the quality of their work to. I am a little concerned because it seems like when we flush the toilet now, the handle is not as strong when you flush it. In one of the toilets it seems like the recovery for the water in the tank is not as fast as it used to be so I am a little concerned. Their responsiveness was good. The way the guy was dressed and his speech and his attitude was professional. I would use them again in the future, but probably only if my drains were backed up and overflowing. I wouldn't use them for preventive.

The service man, Tommy, did an excellent job with a pleasant attitude.

I had to call a plumber because both of our toilets began running over when we flushed them. They sent out a plumber within an hour of my calling them. I explained the problem to the plumber, and he first showed me how to stop the toilet from overflowing if it should ever happen to me again in the future. He lushed both toilets several times to see if we could replicate the problem, but they flushed okay and did not overflow. He offered me the option to go ahead and snake the lines if I wanted, or he could just charge me the minimal service call fee. We opted to snake the lines since we have had problems with roots in the past. I felt the prices were very reasonable, and would call them again if I needed a plumber.
