Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Oklahoma City

He had to leave to get some tools. He reduced the price since he had to leave and really he was only gone for about 15 minutes. I also received a 10% discount for mentioning I used Angieslist.com to find them. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Took him about 1.5 hours to complete the job. I called Mr rooter about 7:30am and he was here to do the work by 9:30am. Quick response time. Very happy.

Plumber was very professional and informative. Showed up as promised, performed all work needed quickly and well. Very good service and quality of work. I would definitely call them again.

My service tech was Wes who was on his first day back at work from the tornado. He was kind, professional, and courteous. I would recommend this service tech by name to anyone in that area. Great guy and great asset to his company.

The plumber, Chris, was very professional. He fixed both problems in a reasonable time. My shower is working great and I will be using Mr. Rooter again if necessary.

They were very prompt getting back to me and setting up an appointment. I found them to be very expensive. I don’t think I would use them again.

Overall, the job went very well. I understand why Mr. Rooter is in high demand and is not always punctual. However, this company is well worth the wait!

The plumber did an excellent job and repaired my plumbing in the best way possible. I also asked him about other repairs, but he told me I didn't really need them. I.e., he was honest and not greedy. He also applied my Angie's List 10% off coupon!

I haven't been able to utilize my bathroom in over a year. They came out to do the toilet 6 months ago and made some minor adjustments for me. He gave me an Angie's List discount for the sink. They were extremely fair in their pricing. I am very impressed that he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was sensitive to my limited money. It was the same man that came out last time and he remembered me. I am extremely happy with it. When my appointment was scheduled, I had lost power due to a a storm and they even followed up to see if I was ready for them to come out without me even having to call back. Everyone there is so friendly!

Two hour response was very satisfactory. Tech was not comfortable climbing on the roof and had problems handling the machine. The actual process went well and was completed in less than 30 minutes.

A week earllier, we had Rotor Rooter come out to unclog the sewer line. There was no clean out trap in the yard. They went on the roof of the house and tried to snake through the venting. After about 4 hours, there was a slight improvement. It cost quite a bit and we were told we needed them to come back and put an access in for $500. The drains were sluggish and about 5 days later, the sewer completely backed up again. The toilet was blocked and sewer bubbled up in the shower and would not drain out. On Saturday morning, we called Mr Rooter of Oklahoma City. They came right out. We told him we had another company last week who tried to snake through the vent on the roof. He just shook his head, He looked under the crawl space and saw where the sewer line went. He then went around the front of the house and almost immediately found the sewer line with a tool he jabbed into the ground fishing for the pipe. He dug down to it, busted into the line, and unclogged it. The shower, though, was still clogged. He put on shoe covers and used a power snake on the shower drain until it ran clear. This whole experience took about 2 hours from start to finish. The plumber was a guy named Wes. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really nice guy. He didn't try to sell us to put in a access where he just dug the whole - so I asked about why we didn't just go ahead and do it. He said it was not a big deal - that he didn't have the stuff to put the access in - but call them back to schedule it and they would put it in - stressing that it was a pretty easy deal. We will call them to put it in. Outstanding experience. Great having a guy come out who knows what he is doing.

Showed up within the hour after initial contact, Inspected and recommended repair and price given, but was unable to fix at that time due to lack of proper equipment. Scheduled to return in 2 days but never showed up. Upon recontact, was honest and admitted their failure and returned (again within the hour) for repair completion. Nice to have someone be honest for a change.

Why no plumbers on weekends? Sending out only techs on weekends?

It is now 1:30 pm was supposed to have someone out this morning. When I called I got a lady with total apathy for me as a customer. I was already a little upset being a customer that waited over half a day with no response from this company and I asked simply to get some kind of time frame, I told them I did not need to be the next and would gladly be the last if only they would work with me on a time frame of some sort. I was transferred to a dispatcher whose response once again total apathy and after restating my request again I was told that they would call before they came out which did not address my request but simply had me waiting on a call now not just a tech. No one thanked me for calling at the beginning of the call or apologized for causing the situation we were in. I see that most all the responses for this company were A's. Maybe this is just a one time thing. Maybe I just fell through the cracks of a nearly prefect system. Thank goodness that Angie's list helps us define these moments lets hope someone at this company responsible for the A's finds this response helpful.

Called at approximately 0830 based on Angies List reviews. The reviews were accurate in their evaluations. I was informed that a service rep would arrive no later than 1000 despite ice and snow on the roads. "Larry" was on time, completed his work quickly, courteously and cleanly. I even received a discount on a fair price. I hope not to need similar services in the future, but if I do I'll surely call Mr Rooter again.

First time using MR. ROOTER. Serviceman Ted was courteous, arrived 8:20 for the 8:30 appointment, and did a good job. My slow, slow draining bathtub was cleared and running fine in less than a half hour. The all-inclusive total cost quoted for that was $109.00. Unplanned but when asked he was receptive to installing a faucet set in the half bath. He went and gathered all the required parts, did the installation, and presented the bill for $298.10 about 10:15am.

Arrived on date promised. I did not get an estimate of cost. Chose company based their full page advertisement in phone book (not good).

He was very knowledgable and did a very good job. He provided me with tips to prevent the clog from happening in the future. I would definitely use him again in the future.

I have used these guys for years. They are always curteous, on time, and do a great job. Nobody likes to have to deal with a backed up sewer line, but this company is the absolute best to work with. I have an old sewer line that has to be de-rooted at least once a year. They always make it out the same day, and even let me choose the time to make the appointment, morning or afternoon. To top it off, they are the cheapest in town dollarwise, but defintely not the cheapest in the work they do. They are very thorough and have a guarantee where if there is another stoppage due to roots in 30 days they will come out and do it again for free. They are my all time favorite! Thank you David Duck and all of your great employees! If you need your lines cleaned out, these guys are the best in the Oklahoma City area.

He did a fine job but....... the kitchen drain was having achip of porcelain from a broken mug and he just removed it. Also the main bath commode was not draining well so he used the "long metal thing" to drain it . Took 1 minute for that and 1 minute to remove the broken chip from kitchen disposer and I was charged 135 and also a 25 $ weekend charge. They did not inform me upfront of the weekend charge and when I called back they were very rude and hesitate to comment. ***WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN*****

I saw many of the recommendations for this company named a specific technician, but since several different technicians were all well-reviewed, I decided to take my chances with whoever they assigned to my case. Justin was prompt, friendly, and professional. He showed up less than 30 minutes after I placed my service request. He put a lot of effort into trying to clear the drain before going up on the roof, but discovered a poor installation choice in the original drain trap required a roof entry. He was up on the roof and the drain was quickly cleared up and he was out the door. Excellent serviceman.

The flange was improperly installed previously and had been leaking into the flooring underneath the tile.

Pretty simple problem, but the friendliness and courtesy displayed by the plumber was top notch. The house is historic, built in 1920 so finding good help can be tricky. The sewage line got clogged, causing the drain in the basement to backup some pretty funky stuff (details not needed). Fortunately, all it needed was to be snaked. What really impressed me, was the plumber stuck around afterwards to help clean up some of the funk left behind. Very knowledgeable, will call again. I gave a B in punctuality because I called around 9am and was told around 3 hours for the plumber to come out. He didn't arrive until after 4pm.

The downstairs stool flooded about 6:00 pm in the back room the day after Christmas. I called Mr. Rooter and by the time they called (which was only about 30 minutes) I had gotten it unstopped and so I canceled the call. They were very polite and professional. The next day, however, I continued to hear problems in the line whenever we flushed either the upstairs stool or the downstairs one, so I called them again the next morning and they came out looked at everything answered all my questions and removed quite a few tree roots from the line. I got my problem fixed and learned a bit more about plumbing. The technician they sent was polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

Prompt and professional service. They were very accommodating and came out the day I called despite having a full schedule. I have used again on different jobs and highly recommend.
