Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Oklahoma City

First of all, let me tell you they were nothing short of professional, courteous and prompt. The tech they sent out was stellar. He was so polite and professional and explained everything completely. The only problem was that they have a 'pay by the job' scale - and to replace a sink basket that had corroded (a 5-min job per the tech) was a flat $250.00 fee, plus the $49.99 service call. We declined to have the service performed, but the tech explained to my husband how he could easily do this himself if he was so inclined.

The technician was very professional, and polite. the service was done in a timely manor. I've used ZMr Rooter before and will call on them again.

2 hours after I called for service, I received a call the plumber was on his way. Justin arrived and took care of the clogged drains in record time. It took only 1/2 hour to snake and clear the drain. When the kitchen sink was cleared, it also cleared the bathroom. Justin was a polite, and friendly young man...would recommend using their services again.

These guys are great. Had a stopped up drain rooted out. Had a problem about a month later, and they came right out and took care of it. All in all, it is a pleasure doing business with people who do what they say they will do!

Prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and over all excellent! Much better service than a previously used provider. Couldn't be happier! Ask for Larry.

Thanksgiving eve, while doing laundry, my wife noted water flowing from under clothes washer. We knew there was nothing to be done until, perhaps, the day after Thanksgiving. I called Mr Rooter, based on the numerous positive reviews posted on Angie's list, mid morning, the day following Thanksgiving. I assumed we would be without a washer for several days as we waited for the service call. Instead David, at Mr Rooter, told me they would be here before end of day! David was very friendly and positive and agreed to call me prior to the technician arriving. HE CALLED WITHIN AN HOUR! Chris showed up shortly thereafter. Also, very positive, friendly and professional. He cleaned the drain from both cleanout location and actual drain since I had no vent for the washer drain. I was very impressed and would like to add this extremely positive review to the others touting the service provided by Mr Rooter of Oklahoma City.

Steve was right on time and wiped his feet well before entering the house. He quickly determined the problems with both toilets and they were fixed in no time. I asked him if he could tighten down one of the toilets - which had been slightly rocking when sitting down. Been that way for years. He had to remove the toilet to replace the bolt. He asked if I had old newspapers to be able to sit the toilet on so it wouldn't mess up the floor. When he was finished any mess or evidence that he had been in either bathroom was clean. He must be a good kind person. My pet, an abused cat recently adopted from the Second Chance Animal Shelter loved him. Yang is usually very much afraid of people but she followed him everywhere - even into the bathrooms. I have found my lumber! Steve has been with Mr. Rooter 32 years - says a lot about Stevve and the company.

It went great! I called about 815 am on Saturday November 9 because our usual plumber did not show yesterday. Our sink had been draining slow for a few weeks and we really needed it fixed. Mr. Rooter arrived about 9 am and by 920 was finished and gone! The drain works great now. The plumber was polite and did a great job. It was a bit pricey for 20 minutes of work but we really needed the problem fixed. It was worth it. Thanks Angie's List as we received a 10% discount for being an Angie's List member.

Larry was great. He used a video scope to assess the sewer line problem and then fixed it in no time. He made a copy of the video for me in his truck which was great! He was fast, knowledgable and took care of the problem in 30 minutes. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs.

They arrived within 3 hours of my original call and were very professional. They got right to it and had the problem resolved within 30 minutes. They also petted my dog and remembered his name.

I called Mr. Rooter at approximately 11:30 am for water running from the bottom of my water heater. I was told someone would be by that day but I waited until 7:00 pm and no one showed up. I called the next morning and the gentleman apologized and said they were very busy the previous day and someone from their office should have called me. He assured me someone would be by that morning and they arrived at approximately 9:00 am. The service technician was friendly and I was satisfied with his work.

They were busy and did not quite get to me when expected. Once on the job, the problem was corrected quickly and effectively.

Waking up to a sewage back-up in the basement on a Saturday morning is no fun. I didn't have high hopes of finding a plumber who could come out on the same day, but I found Mr. Rooter's 7-day a week, no overcharge statement to be hopeful. I called and sure enough, they had someone at our house within the hour. Fast, efficient, professional service. Will absolutely rely on Mr. Rooter again for our next plumbing emergency!

Richard showed up on time (actually he beat me home even). My main line had backed up and there was sewage in my bathtubs, showers, and toilets. The last plumber I had out did not identify a clean out for my main line, I never found one either. Richard was able to find the clean out that I thought didn't exist; it had been broken and grass had completely grown over it (haven't lived in the home long). He was able to unclog the mainline in about 15 minutes and my problem was resolved for a reasonable price. Additionally, I can now fix the clean out pipe so that it can be used in the future more easily by another plumber or myself. Considering the last plumber started quoting me on prices to dig a new clean out, which runs into the thousands, I'm very please that Richard found the clean out and led me down the proper road. Overall, it was well worth the money, I'm glad I gave them a call.

He had been there before, it went smoothly.

They were reliable and came when they said they were going to come. Soon after I called, they were able to come out quickly to home. I did not encounter any problems with them.

Excellent response. We noticed the dishwasher leaking and then the sink was backed up. Called in to the dispatcher and was told a tech would call back when available. Within about 30 minutes, tech was here and performed the work!

The woman on the phone was very courteous and explained that they didn't actually have the ability to empty septic tanks at this particular branch. So, I had to find a different company.

I called them after checking their reference on Angie's List. They came within hour and half of my call. The job was done smoothly and efficiently with no wasted time. He checked out other toilets to see if they were functioning well. Charged for an hour of service and parts, gave me the 10% discount on Angie's List. Will definitely use again.

I discovered a puddle of water on the floor as we went to bed. I shut off the water main and waited till morning. After searching the phone book for a plumber (on Saturday), I decided to join Angies list. I read some of the reviews and chose Mr. Rooter for the repair. When I called, the lady said she'd try to get me a plumber today. Thankfully the repairman, Chris, showed up early afternoon to fix the problem. Chris was very professional and friendly and I feel very satisfied with the job done. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter for any other plumbing needs.

He got the job done. I just think that there should be discounts for senior citizens on fixed income.

Chris the Technician showed up, and I gave him a List, he took it and ran through the problems and took care of all of them in a little over an Hour. they have been a little backed up so they didn't make it out yesterday, but the company called me yesterday and today to keep me informed.

Repairman (Chris) was courteous, professional and friendly. He found the problems and showed me, then repaired them in a timely fashion. He cleaned up when his work was done. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again as needed.
