Before the service man left he and I made an agreement about him coming back to my house after hours to fix my washing machine once I got the part ordered & in. I have now gotten the part in & have been calling & texting.To no avail. The girl in the office got in touch with me and said she would have Brian call me but I still haven't heard from him. Today the owner calls me & more or less calls me a liar to my face saying his employees would not go off book to do a job and not let them know. I told him to get us all together &we would see who was telling the truth. He then began to tell me how he didn't think he or his company could come back out & help me and in the middle of his bull I hung up on him. Don't call me a liar #1. I would never hire this company to do work again in my home. The service man was Brian Stringer. He knows he made that deal with me and needs to be man enough to stand up and say he did.
