I booked Moving Experts LLC to help my wife and I move to our first home on September 22, 2016. I spoke with someone the day before the move, and confirmed the time and my address. They were supposed to arrive at 9:00 am on moving day. When I hadn't heard from them by 9:30 that day, I called their local number to get an update. There was no answer, so I left a message. At 10:00, I had still not heard from them, so I called their 888 number, hoping I could get a hold of someone. Again, no answer and another message left. 11:00 rolled around, still no work. I again called both numbers and left 2 more messages. After waiting around for them 2 hours with no communication, we found another moving company who was able to worn us in on very short notice and get our stuff moved. I am extremely upset that no one even had the courtesy to call me. This is extremely unprofessional behavior, and is no way to treat a customer. They almost ruined the excitement of buying our very first home. We also ended up spending almost twice as much because the other movers had to move their schedule around to accomodate us.

It went all good their name defines them
Description of Work: After Convenient Movers not showing up I call Them, and the dispatcher told me that they would be at my residence within couple hours. They did show up Adam (the driver) and Jeff were good people to work with, then wrapped all my furnitures, nothing was broke and the price was reasonable. Thanks Moving experts

We are not happy about their service or the damage done and lack of reimbursement for the replacement. They were late arriving and they did not have their employees versed on proper payment methods. We have requested receipts for the work and still have not received those either. We need the receipts for our damage claims with our insurance company from tornado damage and cannot submit it until we have the receipts. We contacted them about having someone come out to look at the damage and had an appointment but the person never showed up. They never even called to let us know they would not be coming out. When we contacted them, they told us to just send pictures and information to them which we did. After making a follow-up call about the damage and sending several emails, they agreed to pay the requested amount for the damage. They said the check would take 5 days after they received my name and address for the check. That was in the beginning of February. After many attempts at trying to recover the cost of the damage, even after the company said they would send the check for the amount requested, we still have not received payment for the replacement cost of the glass shelf. They do not return emails or calls after multiple attempts to contact them. i have told them I would be taking these steps to let your group and other associations they claim to be supported by (BBB, Greater OKC Chamber of Commerce and others) know about their shady and poor business practices. That is why I am contacting you because this company should NOT be referred to anyone. They do poor work, they do not provide good service and if you have any problems, they will not work with you to correct them They advertise they are insured and I asked if they had insurance in case of breakage and they said they did. They were eager for their payment when the job was done and then you never hear from them if there is a problem. Your group boasts that it checks its companies out and that they are honest, reliable companies to select from. If this company is an example of how Angie's List selects its companies, you have failed the consumer. Hopefully you can take some action to rectify this situation or at least remove this company from your ratings so NO OTHER consumers are duped into thinking they are getting a company that meets a higher standard as you advertise. They showed up with no tools (i.e., moving blankets, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.). They tore down our bunkbeds when we told them specifically not too. We were told it would be a 2 hour process, and due to their poor performance it took them 4 hours. They got lost moving between homes. They damaged our front door, our bedroom set, our refrigerator, and walls inside and outside of the home. They were very unprofessional, unresponsive, and very rude. They promised for several weeks to pay to fix our refrigerator, and they have still done nothing about it. I cannot stress enough how completely dissatisfied we are with their service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
