The front-edge trim was not on the original quote so we contacted them about this part of the project and were told that yes, they could do the trim out, but that they wouldn't be able to fill in on the underside of the patch. We agreed that this would be fine. The first hiccup in the project was when the wrong-color shingles were delivered. Then, after being assured by the roofing team that they would trim out the front edge of the patch, they left without doing the work. In a follow-up call to Moore's, we were told the trim would need to be on a different bid, and then finally, we were told they would not do the trim at all. Additionally, holes were knocked in the sub-roof when the roofers were nailing in the shingles, and nails and pieces of shingles were left in on the ground and in the landscaping around the periphery of the house. An extension cord that they borrowed from us was left lying on the ground in my back yard, still plugged into the outdoor socket.

Moore Roofing & Construction came out on the agreed upon day and worked straight through until the job was done. They picked up all the nails and roofing materials afterward. The rows of shingles are straight and look good. I would recommend them to anyo
